I came in tonight on a flight from gate A36 I stopped by the Starbucks at A37 it was about 6:45ish maybe. There was a line and I noticed people on the other side waiting. My first thought was their too busy Dunkinā Donuts or something I donāt have time to wait. I got in line and a young lady very respectfully explained they were understaffed and already had a line so they werenāt talking anymore customers as for they do close at 7. I understood and asked if I can wait in line and just purchase a water. She said of course. Afterwards a frantic man with his shirt half tucked in and hairy stomach showing on the right side, he came and stated āwe will be taking all customers until 7ā and walked over to the young lady and stated āIām the manager you are not a manager and will not make any decisions about my store.ā She looked shocked and said āI am also a manager but, we will not discuss this in front of customers, Iām just doing what you told me to do when we closedā he continued to talk loudly and rude to her all the way until 7 as she was making drinks he made it clear over and over again āheās the managerā and he was standing by the wall on the other side doing something Iām unsure about and then walked out at 7 leaving them a line of drinks to still be prepared while both ladies were requesting his help the whole time. Iām not sure who this man is. I travel very frequently and never have seen him. I am very upset with the way he talks to and disrespects these young ladyās who are trying. You never know what someone is going through, so to have to come to work and be bullied by a so called manager is baffling and I donāt think anyone should work like that. I tipped the girls $20. While buying nothing but, water regardless on what he said. They were working hard. He was so disrespectful, so unprofessional, and so unfit. I have never seen a āmanagerā carry himself so carelessly and be so immature. I truly pray yāall handle this man. Power cannot be given to everyone. If I had to work with him one day. I would quit. No question. He was so rude. Even to us customers. Iām sorry for rambling this long review but, Iām just honestly disgusted with the service and performance he showed while chanting heās the manager and didnāt help and even more that I could see his hairy stomach. I have had many power head managers and nobody said anything nobody saved me or my team. I will not stand by and watch it happen here. Iāve been coming here far too long.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust had the most humiliating experience. An airport employee decided he deserved to cut me in line and came up in front of me and tried to force his way ahead of me to place his order. He said he had to get back to work and I replied that it doesnāt matter because he was after me in line and I was actually getting on a flight in 15 minutes so I could not let him ahead of me. He had no emergency other than he was an airport employee (not a pilot) and needed to go first because he wanted to. He proceeded to raise his voice and yell at me and I refused to let him cut me in line for his rude behavior. None of the Starbucks employees did anything. One of the female Starbucks employees even took his side and told him ānot to listen to meā and made his order ahead of mine even though I ordered first with the other cashier. Just absolutely embarrassing and...

I got in line and waited 10 minutes. I ordered a venti iced Chestnut Praline latte, and confirmed with the barista that it came with 3 shots of espresso and 6 pumps of Chestnut Praline syrup. He said no, it came with 2. I said thatās not right, it comes with 3. I worked at Starbucks for a couple years, I know what the formulas are. I told him as much. I told him I wasnāt going to pay for that and left. He said that it was different in his store. Why is it different in his store, even though the prices are higher than other stores? This is robbery, plain and simple. Charging people for extra milk. Beware, consumers. Starbucks is getting greedier and greedier...
