The staff was all very rude at this place. I ordered a shake mixed half strawberry half chocolate like I ordered several times in the past. Last week in fact. You pay at the first window, pick up your food at the second window. They hand me a strawberry only shake and I told them it's not what I ordered I was told they don't make them like that even though I had one last week like that. So I said I wanted a chocolate shake then and she refused to swap it out and said that's what i get. So I was upset and said fine can I buy a chocolate shake then and she said she can't take money at that window. So i go inside and explain what happened at drive through and they weren't any more accommodating inside either, so since I can't exchange the shake for the one I wanted that i paid for, I purchased another shake. When it was handed to me she didn't give me a straw. So I asked for a straw and she just scouled at me, grabbed one and just threw it on the counter. I get back to my car and decide to check that everything was correct with the rest of my order. I see they had forgot to give me the hot salsa that I ordered with my sausage burritos. So I go back inside once again and tell the girl at the counter they hadn't put it with my order and she says do you have your receipt, otherwise I have to pay for it. I start out and add I go to return to my car once again another staff person being the counter says here and just throws them on the counter towards me. There was only one other person inside the establishment while this all happened, so it's not like they were busy at all and there was no reason for any of the staff to be as rude as they were, and no reason at all why I couldn't get what i paid for and was told I had to just keep what they gave me instead. Total b.s. and I won't be returning. Would rather drive to auburn if I decide to ever return to any McDonald's in the future. I work in the food industry and would have fired any of my staff that was a rude as I was treated...
Read moreI remember as a child my dad would get me a kids meal and you could ask for a boys meal and you'd get a boys toy. Now, twice in a row, i go to take my boys to get a kids meal. I tell them it is for boys. My oldest son has now twice gotten a girl toy. This causes problems when I get home. I have my youngest son showing off his boy toy as my oldest is sad because he gets a girl toy, again.I don't raise my kids to be against any gender, but they still are boys and they want boys toys... why not? I call to bring up the matter and inform management and speak to the manager, and he hangs up on me. It it is sad in todays world kids are forced to go through this and because of woke culture, you no longer think about the other kids this effects. Look, I'm for whatever you believe, however you want to live your life and who you identify as, but you also need to respect the straight kids who identify as straight and just want a boy toy. It matters to them. Twice now and then an immature manager with no respect hangs up on me. That is not the way a professional manager should handle a situation. If it were me, I'd be understanding and even offer a fix... Not a hang up. All views, ideas, genders and what you identify as, including straight, need to he respected equally. If my boys want and ask for a boy toy, they should get a boys toy. If someone calls about a situation, you fix it with a professional attitude with empathy and a problem solving attitude. Totally...
Read moreThis McDonalds is located in a busy part of town. It has not yet received an appearance update or the lobby kiosks to take your orders. This restaurant seems to stay busy. The seating area is offen buzzing with conversations, and the two car take out lines often are packed. The service is only OK if you want walk in service and plan to eat in. They provide you with an order number to place on your table so the server knows where to go. Sometimes the service works as intended and other times the food seems to sit around before the server decides to pick it up and deliver it. I hate that. I don't want cold food. If you ordered a hamburger and fries, the server should have a bunch of jatsuo and salt in their smocks. I recently watched a server deliver meals and then apologize for not having any. All she needed to do was grab a handful so she was prepared for the next order. Even though it didn't happen to me, once I noticed her doing it time after time it irked me. I should have talked to the shift supervisor about it, but I didn't. I just minded my own business. It seems to take a long time to get to the pay window in the take out line because of all the cars, but the staff does a good job getting the food out once you've paid and gone to the second window. It's a good store but the supervisors need to be trained to keep an eye out for a the little things that sometimes fail to provide a pleasurable...
