Every time I go there my food is messed up and the customer service is horrible not even a crack of a smile let it go since it is a new food place but went there for the last time ordered 2 burgers did not get the 2nd Burger I ordered extra mustard because they haven't been putting mustard on any of the burgers. Went back through and they didn't even apologize they just handed out a Burger out the window when I pulled out and checked it there once again was no mustard on it I went back in to get my money back and they tried to just hand me another burger off the line. I finally got my money back After waiting for a long unnecessary time and with an attitude then the manager called me and she asked me what she wanted me to do about it all she could say her excuse was is that she is training went back through there one more time just to see if it had gotten better and it was exactly the same paid the kid with exact change and he was so lost and confused on how to give me my change back he had to go get the manager and the manager didn't understand why they were giving me money back. Needless to say worst customer service and they don't even try with the burgers for the 1st week the place was fantastic now it is horrid so sad the small town...
Read moreTheir doing a pretty good job for being brand new, slammed busy all the time, seemingly short staffed. Only one cashier for a very busy dining room that was having to deal with a very long line, lots of order mishaps, the app ordering was down, and so was the credit card only self service touch screen menus. Also a manager giving her attitude cause she needed more ones for her register. That poor cashier Courtney was handling all that like a champion. Most people would have totally malfunctioned in that situation. Courtney deserves a raise for sure. I would give 5 stars but they were making a lot of order mistakes and didn’t seem to have an organized method of separating sandwhiches for each order. Both my Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers were missing the bacon. Thats a pretty silly mistake. Besides that, the dining room was clean, and the food tastes good and hot when you get it. Read moreEvery single time we have come here the past 2 month (2x/weekly, it’s the kids favorite) they get the order wrong. Either they are talking over us and adding new things, not listening to what we are saying for what type of drinks, forgetting toys in kids meals, giving the wrong order, or not knowing how to understand the difference between chocolate and vanilla frosty. I’ve started going into the store since the drive thru has a 100% fail rate for us. And we just get biggie meals, the most complicated part of our order is when we ask for no ice on a drink. And every time they say that’s not what we said. They even got upset when they added an extra drink and we told them to remove it.
They need people there that can take a breath and actually listen to an order without trying to anticipate and decide what drink we want. I guess they are so used to soda and it’s a huge deal when we order...
