McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Falls

Im just going fo make it long SORRY $3.30 for a med caramel frappe turned into $5.08. I know math especially BASIC MATH very well. I ordered a med caramel frappe w/ no caramel drizzle extra ice. Some how that was too difficult that for 2 guys in drive thru and 2 managers to figure out how $3.30 tax free state with a $1 of a med or large mccafe beverage coupon off the mcdonalds app gave me a total of $5.08. The sad part is listening to the manager tell me the drink is $3.30 & her still trying to tell me my total was $5.08 finally somewhere a light bulb went off and by the grace of God she realized that a mistake had been made so then she says pull up please and i say but m'am i haven't paid which im assuming they gave me it free for the error. So i just giggled shrugged my shoulders and pulled up then by the 2nd window i was handed a frappe with no whip cream and i said there's no whip i just didnt want drizzle so then they asked me to pull up again for someone to come out i wait 5min. Maybe its just the night crew but if there's lack of knowledge in management there is sure to be a lack of knowledge with the crew. The guy in drive thru needs to be on front counter until he is comfortable with the system or he needs to have a trainee with him that knows drive thru WELL if something is not on the screen back drive thru is responsible for letting the people in the front drive thru window know whats going on or the people on the tables. Please get some training going i do understand its fast food but if errors are being made like this during a non-rush hour time i can only imaginge coming through...

The worst experience with service I've ever had. The man named charles took my order at the drive-thru. He could not hear what I was saying. I asked why they were charging me $2.20 for the sausage McMuffin, when the menu on the screen said it was a dollar. He ordered everything I wanted correctly. He kept saying what and it got really frustrating so I pulled forward. So that he can hear me better, I even turned my vehicle off. You still kept saying what and I felt like at that point I would be shouting so I pulled forward. The lady of the next window said that I didn't pay and I said did you guys get my iced coffee and she said it was on there and took my card. The order that was on the screen was not the order that was given to me when I pulled off. Charles took my hash brown off added two sausage biscuits and a sausage McMuffin. And all that I had ordered originally was one sausage burrito, a hash brown and a sausage McMuffin and took the sauce off the McMuffin. So I came back through the drive-thru and ask the man why he had messed with my money. He kept asking me what I wanted so I pulled forward and asked him his name and to talk to his manager. I went to the second window and told them that my order was wrong and they added stuff on there and not the employee had messed with my money. The manager told me that he wasn't going to fix my order told me I was cussing at him. I told him that I wasn't cussing at him and his employee charged me for a bunch of stuff that was even ordered and changed the order completely I asked him to take the order back and fix it and he asked...

Have stayed away from ANY McDonald's for 2+Years. Today, decided we'd all wanted to give it an old school go...and sure enough ...order wrong, food cold, burgers hard, BUNS hard. See we haven't missed a thing and no changes....

*This page will not seem to let me add a full NEW REVIEW.... SO, I guess I'll piggyback off my old one... * We get busy and forget about dinner a lot. Or our breafast/lunch at about 2pm. So we order through DD, more than 3x per week... only 2 of us will even EAT McDonalds... and it's hit or miss... but most often, a miss. Especially if it's delivered... it's terrible. Food is cold, typically NEVER give enough condiments (they've gotten better on that), but you can definitely count on them forgetting SOMETHING! A sandwich usually. I pay for add-ons, never get them. I request a removal... they'll send double that item. I go through DD for refunds. So it's immediately returned!! Love that!! But I don't know if they ding McD's for that??!?!?? Recently, I placed an order for a 6 piece nugget along with other items. When food was delivered, the 6 piece had NO nuggets, But, we did get the bottom of a bun with a smiley face cut into it, with what must have been a fingernail!! Disgusting. I sent pictures to DD with my review. DD has never posted this. We threw the $36 order away, as we didn't trust the rest of the order... when someone INTENTIONALLY messes with 1 item, you wouldn't trust to eat the rest!! Its sick... and we are placed them on another boycott... unless/until the McRib comes back !!...
