Called to ask and see how much off do I receive with the loyalty points I have and they told me I have to come to the store to see my ID and then they can look it up and see. I told them I knew how many points I have I just need to know how much do I get off with he point I have and again he said I needed to come up to the store and see my ID and pull up my file. I explained to the bud tender I am trying to save myself on gas and not make a waisted trip up there and back for nothing if the points I ha e aren't going to help with the cash I have. Things like that don't need to be so difficult for a patient to find out. Poor elderly whom have had to go though the same thing as me I am pretty sure. Every cart bought will eventually stop working, if it’s bought from Green Creek. An employee told me if I start to have issues, bring it back and they’d do something with it. I brought it back and the dude working looked at me like I was crazy because it was barely under half and he said, “well you've clearly been hitting it though” so I explained what his employee told me. I then asked if he’d honor it, he said “No, it’s under half full.” What am I supposed to do if the product they’re selling doesn’t even work properly. He then proceeded to tell me to use a paper clip to unclog it if it’s still clogging. Lost business from me and anybody else I’ve explained this to. This dispensary is a joke. They sell poor product at higher prices. I can go anywhere else, get better product, and at a cheaper price. Good job...

I am in love with Green Creek. I've tried the others and GC has BY FAR the best products for my money. Frankie and Neil treat me like part of the family. I cannot recommend Green Creek enough! Best in Great Falls.

I posted this review six months ago, and now I have to edit my 5 star review to 8 stars which is not an option, unfortunately. Over the last 6 months, I've been giving Green Creek all my business/income. Their costumer service is unmatched. So is the product and the prices, so why would I go to the other places I've checked out in town? This week I stopped in to give them the disposable pen that didn't work properly and they sent me home with 2 carts for my "trouble". I love this place.
