I recently purchased a Vaporesso Armour S from your store. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the product shortly after leaving the store. Within 15 minutes of use, I accidentally ingested vape juice through the mouthpiece, and the bottom of the tank began leaking. I returned to the store and informed the staff about the defects, but they disagreed and merely cleaned the device before returning it to me.

Despite my explanation that the issues persisted, they refused to exchange or refund the defective product due to the fact that I had taken it home. This resulted in me having to purchase an entirely new device, the Aegis Legend 3 kit, at a higher cost of $185.

I believe it is unfair that I had to incur additional expenses due to the initial defective product. I kindly request that you reconsider your exchange policy and allow me to exchange the Vaporesso Armour S for the Aegis Legend 3 kit, which is actually less expensive than the original purchase. I trust that you value customer satisfaction and will find a fair resolution to this matter.

[UPDATED JANUARY 2022] Montanajo has a wide variety of choices on their shelves. The staff definitely cares about their products being of high quality. If there's something funky with it, they're not keeping it.

Will educate you on your options and help you narrow down what ya want. If they don't have an answer to a question, they'll work on it and get back to ya.

Giving them 5 stars because my man went here to get me replacement glass,vape juice, and coils I was on the phone helping and the women I woke with so so sweet very upbeat and understood that he was lost so she just talked to me was very respectful to him the glass is beautiful the juice taste like heaven in a bottle and the coils oh my goodness changed it out last week for the ones I got there and it's still trucking putting off a lot vapor a lot flavor definitely my go to place from now on 😊 thank...
