Very disappointed with the way in which an issue was handled. I was mislead and unfortunately, blatantly lied to in the very end. I was promised follow up by the owner, but that too was untrue and never was called back. I ordered a re-fill from my doctors office and there was an honest mix up, where my address on file was not updated to where I was. When working with this company, they expressed that they could not send me another one without charging me, and that if I was able to get the original unit returned, they would then be able to refund the first unit. After working with my past landlord, I was able to get them to retrieve the package and return to sender. I followed back up with MAC whom expressed that they will be on the lookout for the returned package. Well about 5 days later, I receive another package in the mail and it’s the original medicine! Confused as to why this was sent to me, when the agreement was a refund of the original unit, contingent on me being able to getting it returned to sender. I spoke back with the manager who then completely changed her narrative, and then tells me “it’s illegal to refund medicine”! I told her that was what she and I discussed, which was why I and only why I ordered an additional unit! She then unfortunately was untruthful and said that was never discussed, although that was the entire reason behind the order of the second unit (as I have no need for that much medicine as one unit lasts for months) She took zero accountability and said that she never mentioned a refund, which is a complete lie. She then expressed she would have the owner reach out, which that person never did. I understand if she made a mistake, but she needs to own that she promised a refund and make good...

Definitely not your everyday "wellness" store! Stopped by MAC and was very surprised by what I saw and honestly, don't judge a book by its cover. On the outside it's simple and modern and on the inside it has the vibe of a knick-knack store mixed with today's culture. I know..confusing but stay with me. I had many questions out of curiosity, and both receptionist and pharmacist were very knowledgeable and were able to answer most if not all of my questions. I gave this a 3 star rating due to it being a very recently built shop and expecting more things geared towards health and wellness. I have no experience with their in-house supplements (YES, made and sourced not just locally but inside the pharmacy) yet, but grabbed a few things to try out. They are a bit pricey but maybe that's the worth of grade-A supplements and your health. Once time has passed and there's a positive difference in health due to the supplements I bought, they will receive another star from me👍🏾

The way I’m obsessed with this entire store is actually crazy. They have a wide variety of items and it really makes it somewhere you can stop by for ANYTHING. Supplements? Check. Beverages? Check. And don’t get me started on all of the amazing gift ideas! I found the cutest little otter plush and actually died from how cute it was. 😭😭😭 Shantol was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s SUPER knowledgeable about everything there and really goes above and beyond when it comes to how friendly and kind she is in every aspect. I’m 10000% convinced I could’ve spent hours asking questions about things and she would’ve answered them all with no problem. I can’t recommend this place or Shantol enough!!...
