McDonald's — Restaurant in Greeley

Delivery drivers watch out for these tyrant managers and employees. I just learned this morning talking to DoorDash that them asking to look at your phone to confirm an order they cannot do. However if they wanted to see if you confirmed the order, they could use their tablet to check. Your privacy on your phone is yours even if you are doing contract work through Uber eats, DoorDash, etc. The reason I’m posting this is because this morning I was on a FaceTime call with my child and the Guatelupe’ thinks she going to look at my phone while Im FaceTiming my kid. I tell her your not looking at my phone and she tries saying something to the other girl in Spanish and the girl waves me off and points towards the tablet and I tell Guadelupe you are not looking in my phone. She tells me aggressively that they have to and I walk out. I called the store and asked for a Manager and the lady Mary had a real nasty attitude and asked if I was the driver that just left and I explained to her I was and what just happened and I told her that I would like to know when her store manager is in and she said she don’t know and then said she has a meeting in Fort Collins and hangs up. I call back and she answers again and I ask for her name and she hangs up. I call back a few more times until she answer and tell her I want her name cause I’m definitely filling a complaint and she says Mary and try’s to threaten with the cops and hangs up! I filed a complaint with DoorDash and that’s how I found out they cannot ask to see your phone. I’m also filing a complaint with McDonalds because I have watched those people be rude to customers while I’ve been in there before waiting for an order and this...

Update as of May 2025: First time eating inside. Very impressed. This is an outstanding and well-managed McDonald's. The staff were very friendly, and the store manager was happy to help me figure out how to get a deal online through my phone. The order was very quick in arriving, and delivered to my table (nice touch). The burger was excellent -- still hot, and juicy, too. The fries had an issue with too much salt accidentally dumped on them, and the manager very quickly made it right without any hassle at all -- the replacement fries were perfect McDonald's taste, crispiness and salt amount. In addition, all the tables were clean, the floor was spotless, and trash containers not full. Finally, the bathroom was spotless, as well. You can't run a McDonald's any better than this one. Very highly recommended.

Older review: I just wanted to get their deal for large fries for a buck. I went through the drive through. They were friendly and didn't try to push me into buying anything else. It wasn't that busy, but the crew is fast, and efficient. Pay window and pick up windows both in use, which makes drive through much more efficient. The fries were hot, not soggy, and just like you expect McD's fries to be every time. I'll be back. 4 stars only because 1 large fries through the drive through isn't really the same as the eat in experience, but no complaints. Likely to be 5 stars when I go again for...

Only if I could give zero stars this McDonald’s is pro my the worst McDonald’s in the world the worker were so rude . I made an order of 4 happy meals I paid with my card it got approved then they tell me that it did not go through and wanted to charade me again but with a new total. And I asked why they were charging me again if I had paid and I guess thru their system is dident go thru but I’m my bank app it did show me it when thru I had show them as well . The lady who had took my order even had said my card went thru but both mangers were rude and did not want resolve the problem and I had asked to give me a receipt showing it did not go thru the both mangers denied to give me one I got mad and told them to fix their system cause the is not ok and walked out. So I told my sister what had happened and she went in to get the problem resolved and when she walked in the two mangers where talking bad about me and my sister had to tell her to stop and fix the problem and she had told them they have to give me a receipt to show the order was not charged and they had gave her after trying to tell them more than once.
