Subway — Restaurant in Greeley

I stopped in on my way home today after realizing I had forgotten to eat all day! There were a few guys in front of me and an (I assume) online Togo order. I was hungry and kinda cranky and had to wait for a bit of time before it was my turn and although I was grumpy I tried to be kind and sympathetic of Marshall (the sweet person behind the counter working all alone) I asked about how their day had gone and was informed that Marshall had already been there for 12 hours today! I was pretty surprised because Marshall had the best attitude at the end of this long shift. So I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Marshall for staying positive and apologetic even after a long day and a stressful situation with a lot to do with only two hands to do it. The food is good when it's made right. Online order is a no go here. They always get it wrong unless I'm there talking. When they make protein bowls, it's swimming in your dressing, and I got almost no lettuce. There's one worker that told me she didn't make no mistake and I had to open my sandwich to prove it to her. She also complained how she had to throw the others away even though she messed them up making them. There's only one worker I don't get along with. The others have been nice. Horrible! The manager is beyond rude and didn’t even care that her young female employee was too concerned with her unmasked friends handing out and after we spent over $50 here and tried to eat the badly made food that we are being quarantined for COVID! Corporate told me to call and see how it went when I told the manage as I contacted them first and she said “what do you want me to do!?” Seriously? If you want to get sick and not even get good food go to this location if not find another location! A refund would have been fine now I’ll be charging medical bills to this location’s owner!
