
I really did enjoy this gym. Not overly busy, management was mostly friendly. Unfortunately, it has come to light how greedy they are. Agreements were made and not being upheld. Trained new management very poorly.
I have two different emails saying that I was going to be credited at the end of my membership for being understanding during COVID. I paid my monthly dues every month regardless of the gym being open and not once complained. I was extremely understanding, and stated in my previous email that the management could do what they needed to do in regards to payments during COVID.
I did not ask for any free months like I could have due to the emails I have received. I understand the pandemic, and orders related to the pandemic, was out of their hands. I went into canceling my agreement not expecting Anytime to uphold their end of the agreement to bill while the gym was closed.
Now, they are holding onto a technicality in their billing regardless of being entitled to multiple free months, that I never asked for, but was simply promised due to COVID.
I emailed requesting a refund due to the gym membership being canceled per their terms and being entitled to multiple free months. After a couple of back and forth emails with me explaining my position on the refund, the email I got back simply stated that I was dealing with a different manager at that time and he/she was not up to par with anything previously.
It really is a shame that you have a customer who was understanding during the pandemic and did not complain about being billed when the gym was closed being held on a technicality, ESPECIALLY after I did not expect to utilize the free months I was promised. I simply just wanted to cancel.

I had a collection sent for 357 to my credit report. Even though I sent a certified letter in July of the year this took place. I sent emails and phone calls to cancel my plan. You see right here the owner said he would have it rectified. The creditor stated I was supposed to sign a cancellation form. I never received such a form. The owner got what he wanted fraudulently reporting on my credit that I owed this made up number of $357. Never actually sent me paperwork to cancel my membership. Read moreTheir lack of professionalism and compassion is astounding, especially from Stefanie Feazell. I have never met someone so wholeheartedly unhelpful and lazy. In addition to never answering the phone, no one is ever there to help in the office. They act pleasant when you sign up but heavens forbid you need or want to terminate your membership. They blindside you, and have several hoops they'll throw you through, in addition, they'll keep your membership open past any contract you sign continue to charge you fees past your contract end date, and send you to collections despite being past your contract and explicitly stating you don't want to renew.
