Burger King — Restaurant in Greeley

I realize that this Burger King is located inside of a Walmart Supercenter which automatically lowers the bar as to the level of service you will get but it sure would be nice to encounter employees that can communicate well or actually care even a tiny bit.

Our family is vegetarian and my son was starving so we told him that we would get him a BK Veggie Burger from Burger King when we went to Walmart to pick up some groceries. So much for something being convenient - that Burger King does not have the veggie burgers on their menu and the way the employees gawked at me and giggled, you'd have thought I ordered something crazy.

Way to make sure you NEVER get any of my family's business!

Employee was rude and was rushing me to order when I told him I needed more time he just stormed off, when I got my order it was wrong. I took it back and he gave attitude and aggressively threw the burgers in the trash, when I got my order remade it tastes and felt like they just nuked the burger in the microwave to cook it fast. My son wanted a crown so he went up to ask for one, same employee said we “we don’t have any.” I saw a stack of them in the counter, I told him I thought you didn’t have any. He said “not made but just grab it I guess.” Again with attitude, terrible dining experience. This Burger King usually does really good, this employee just seemed like he didn’t want...

The lady taking my order was on her cell phone talking to someone while taking my order. I let that go because it’s crazy times and sometimes personal matters come up. Well she was still talking on her phone when I went up to grab my food and I saw her get my fires ready, while on the phone (I don’t know if she cleaned her phone before hand) and WITHOUT GLOVES. Did not eat my fries since she had touched them without gloves and she had her phone in her hands right before. Not okay with this virus going around. Even if you don’t believe in the virus, you should always have gloves if you are touching...
