I walked in at 12:30. There were 3 workers and one door dash order. Worker number 1 was cleaning the soda machine, never acknowledged us just kept standing there wiping counter. Worker number 2 peeked out from the back room didn’t say anything and just ducked back in. We proceed to stand there for 5-10 minutes until worker number 3 walks from the back and starts working on a sandwich that was sitting on the counter. We still have not been acknowledged and worker number 1 is still cleaning the soda machine. Worker number 3 finally acknowledges us saying he’ll be with us in a moment. After 10 more minutes we decided to just leave. We also looked at the bread rack and it appeared to only have the jalapeño bread, no other kinds. Overall the staff seems trained terribly, no customer service skills, and it looks like half the kitchen in broken which is absolutely ridiculous. I know the kitchen being broken isn’t staffs fault but ownership seems to be lacking. Would not be surprised if this subway is the next thing to close down in centerplace. They used to be awesome too with speedy customer service and the quality of food we have all came to know and love from subway. But these last few visits have been awful with today really sinking a nail...
Read moreI’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. When we arrived, the employee on duty was socializing with her friend and seemed visibly upset that we had walked in. I had to repeat my order multiple times before she began preparing it.
I specifically ordered sandwich meals, but she denied that I did. When I went to grab the chips that come with the meal, she dug the receipt out of the trash and told me I needed to pay for them separately. When I asked her to correct the order and make them meals, she refused, saying a manager was not on site, and insisted that I pay for the chips again.
My partner went in to speak with her, and she began cursing at him, saying, “you’re crying over six-dollar chips.” Her friend, who was hanging out inside the store, then started recording him on a personal phone.
To make matters worse, when we got home and opened our sandwiches, we found hair in the food. The employee had her hair down and unrestrained while preparing our order, which is unacceptable and unsanitary.
This experience was not only frustrating but also completely unprofessional and unsafe. I expect to be contacted regarding this matter and would like a full refund...
Read moreIt wasn't the best experience. Both of the employees seemed to not like their job. One of them seemed to be a little snippy and rude. When we asked if they had more tomatoes one of them kind of snipped at us, and said they didn't have any, and they kept running out of things and saying they didn't have any more. This used to be a great subway, and well now I think we'll drive across town next time. I gave them a 1 start because the one that seems to be being trained was bring treated so poorly by the other employee. Two, the service was terrible, their communication and customer service skills were terrible. There wasn't any can I help you. Three, they didn't do my salad right, they put whole pieces of meat and cheese. I've order a salads before they have always cut everything and mixed it, instead i got whole pices of meat and cheese i had to figure out how to cut with a plastic fork. my husband's sub was sad looking sad, and it wasn't Eben cut into two. Four, it seemed like they didn't want to do their job, the work place behind the counter was a mess, like food everywhere and they didn't want to refill anything. Overall, this wasn't the best experience, I hope they can get better...
