To start off with I love chic filet, but this time it was not gooooood! I travel a lot and eat chic filet a lot! This is the very 1st time I have wrote a bad review ever for them! I use the app ALL THE TIME. WE MAXED OUT THE APP AT OVER 200 DOLLARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH THE APP EVER. TILLLLLLLL NOW SUPPOSEDLY THE APP LIES AND IS BROKEN RIGHT FROM THE MGRS MOUTH. The app states we will track your driving so your food will be ready when you arrive. Nope not this time! The Mgr said that the app is broken and it's not their fault. Just so you know I asked 3 times are you sure because I write reviews ALL THE TIME LOOK IN MY PROFILE! I HAVE OVER 14 MILLION VIEWS YES 14 MILLION VIEWS!!! SHE said it does not track you and tell you that your food would be ready. I said weird I do this allllll the time. I got knowwhere with the Mgr. SHE said it was a corporate thing. So I hope if your corporate people or owners read this they fix it or tell her that it's not true! Again this is o probably the 50th time I've used the app to order food for my wrestling teams. Then I asked for a shake (sorry sir it is in cleaning mode ??!!!) What it's 845 I asked what time do you close she replied 9 I asked then why is the shake machine off? I got no answer so they lost out on an additional 15 shakes at 4.50 a shake that's quite a bit of cash they let go do to them wanting to leave quicker than they should! I honestly could not believe my eyes do to me eating at your restaurants 2 to 3 times a week. This was really a bad night and I hope your store changes their ways of operation. Read moreLast Friday night we were going to a football game in Greeley Colorado and we are out of town guests and we googled your location. First we pull in and there is a stack of cars waiting to get into drive thru which blocked us from entering the parking lot. We were gonna go inside use the bathroom and than order food to go because we were on the road for 2 hours. I noticed a small lot behind the chik fil a and pulled in. It was noted chik fil a employee parking. I thought I could just park there for 5 min to go in and make my order to go. There were at least 5 spots available. A young employee with 2 other chik fil a trainiees came up to me and said I cant park there its employee parking. That started a negative dialogue. I could not understand why 5 minutes would bother anyone after sometime I asked for their manager and went into the chik fil a and explained my situation to another young manager. I said id go to the bathroom and than leave while my wife was ordering food. I pulled into paneras parking lot while i waited for my wife. She arrived at the car with our order and told me that the bathroom was not only disgusting there was no paper towels or toilet paper in the womens bathroom, but your parking...
Read moreSo incredibly grateful for this Chic-fil-A! I was getting some car repairs this afternoon and there wasn't room in the waiting area for my family due to COVID spacing, so we walked across the street to the Chic-fil-A. Unfortunately (also due to COVID), their dining and outdoor seating areas were closed. Instead of turning me away, the staff went out of their way to serve me! Since I didn't have a car to go through the drive through, they served me and my children at a table on the patio, opening the umbrella for us to have some shade in the 90+ degree heat. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and had my other small children with me, so it was much appreciated! It mattered to me so much that they SAW me and placed priority on me as a person over the rule of the patio being closed. Though it was undoubtedly more work for them to properly sanitize and return that seating to COVID requirements, they went out of their way to do the extra work required and accommodate me and my children.
