I just had a horrible experience. I went to have dinner with my family after a long week of working. We had gotten there at 5:45 and didn’t get any kind of service until 6:10 when the young lady finally came to our table we had told her we already knew what we wanted. We made our order then maybe another 20 went by when she brought our drinks then around 6:35ish we got our order of cheese wontons maybe 5 minutes later we got my husband’s soup. By this time my two kiddos were so hungry mind you they are 4 and 2. They stared whining that they were hungry so my husband shared his soup with him. They had fished the soup but they were still hungry so by this time it was 7:15 and no food so my husband went to the front to ask and there on the counter was our food. The young lady brought it over to us and it was cold. Our girls and we were hungry we eat some of it like that. My husband mentioned to me that we should tell him so they can remake it, but our girls were already eating and we had already waited over an hour. I didn’t wanna wait longer so he decided to go ahead and talk to them about our experience and how long it took to get our food The young Lady and an older lady talked to my husband and told him not to worry about it that they will take care of it later the older lady came to the table told us that they were still gonna charge us for a few items and I was gonna be $17.60 so we said OK even though she had already said they were not gonna charge us for anything. I went to go pay I payed sign the slip and asked for a box to take the left over home in case my girls got hungry later. When the older lady came to the front and told me if we were going to take the food home They were gonna charge us the full amount And that is when she notice that I only paid $11.60 which that was what I was charged because her handwriting was a little bit hard to Cashier couldn’t Tell that it was 17 and 11 So she started yelling at me saying that I didn’t pay the right amount and I told her I was like I apologize, but I am not the one that charge myself that amount and she still proceeded to be very rude and yell at me so I told her I’m not gonna Me and yell at me and I...

I have ordered from here for a long time… I ordered something that I’ve always had and it was not the same like something was missing. I called, they were polite enough to offer to make something else and deliver it. Which was awesome. They also asked for the food back. (Okay fair enough) there was a $5 price difference so I asked for the money back. When the switch was made from the delivery driver he looked at me with a blank stare and smiled I asked if he had knew to refund me and ran off, got in his car and drove away. (Super weird)

I called back and while I waited for the young girl to ask if it was okay to refund me they just hung up the phone. I called back and she said next time I come in they will give it to me. I will not be coming back lol So why can’t you just refund me a portion of my order back?

This restaurant had the absolute best egg drop soup I’ve ever had. Tonight, under new management they’ve ruined it. WHY DO YOU PUT CORN IN IT????? That’s what every other Chinese restaurant does, some even add more vegetables. Egg drop soup, eggs, chicken broth and is you want to, little bits of chicken. I raved to everyone how great it was. On top of that my sister was charged for crispy wonton strips and got NOTHING!!!!!!! I will never buy anything from this disappointing (under new management) restaurant again. I’ll also be telling everyone I raved to about NOT to go or order there. The restaurant is nothing special it’s just like any other Chinese restaurant. The employees weren’t friendly either.
