Starbucks — Restaurant in Greeley

I Love the people for the most part and they try their best with pushing drinks out quickly. But the atmosphere is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve gone in here countless times to study and it can’t be done. Whoever manages this location has an obvious affinity for mariachi music. The other day I sat next to her as she took up a table doing work, how I don’t know. They BLAST it in there. I had earplugs in trying to study and I moved away from speakers and that’s all you can hear, no regard for meetings, calls, or work that people try to do in their business. I stepped outside to take a call and there were tons of people outside, one made a comment “ yeah there’s no speakers out here thank God!”

I don’t know if they are intentionally trying to drive people out of there but it’s working. Eventually no one will do any business in that building that’s a guarantee. I know there are many complaints with corporate so maybe something will be done finally. It’s not like we have many Starbucks worth a damn in Greeley, this is really...

I bought a coffee mug at Starbucks and second time I use it. Those mugs are super expensive and can’t hold coffee. I use it this morning and if you lean it it leaks all over. I was driving and flipped over when I turned and spilled coffee everywhere. So I went to Starbucks to see if they had a better coffee mug that didn’t leak so they could exchange it and the lady or manager was not very helpful. My mug was all sticky from coffee and told her the situation. And she was more concentrated on the speakerphone than helping me. I said if they had different mug so they could exchange it and she said we can not give you your money back. Which I was not asking for my money back. I told her than I can’t use this. And asked where is the trash can so I could throw it away and she was happy to tell me where it was so I could throw a new Starbucks coffee mug and not solve my problem. My daughter went through to pick up my mobile order for me and they failed to give her the 2nd drink from my order, even though she asked if there was a second drink for the order. I called them when she arrived to my home in Windsor minus the 2nd drink and they told me they could not refund my drink without me being there in person. Well...that wasn't going to happen as she was now in Windsor and we had somewhere to be and no time for an extra stop. She offered to put our name on the list to get the free drink. My daughter stopped to pick up the free drink they owed us 2 weeks later and they treated her absolutely awful! Said oh I don't know... it's been awhile I'll have to check if you can still get that?! It's been 2 weeks?!?! Then proceeded to ignore her. I'm sorry... wasn't your store the one that made the mistake? It wasn't a courtesy drink... it was one that I paid for. Absolutely horrible...
