This Taco Bell is a disaster— somehow the employees are nastier than the food. think twice about ever setting foot in this place again.
I placed my order online, but when I arrived, my order hadn't even been started, leaving me stranded in a sea of hunger and regret.
As I stood at the counter, time seemed to crawl. Thirty minutes passed, and still no sign of my food. Meanwhile, they were happily taking orders from drive-thru, but completely ignoring those of us unlucky enough to be stuck inside.
When my food finally arrived, it was shoved into a decrepit old box without so much as a flimsy bag to hold it together. Needless to say, the box fell apart faster than their excuse for customer service.
And speaking of customer service, it was non-existent. The lady behind the counter was making a huge fuss about a missing bag, going on and on like it was a matter of life and death. My grandma, never one to back down, simply said, "Bring it on sister." Instead of addressing our concerns, they were more interested in threatening to call the cops on my poor grandma, who was just trying to enjoy her meal in peace with her trusty cane by her side.
And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, enter the guy with the clipboard who swooped down like a vulture, acting like he owned the place. I'm not sure who that joker is, but I would be embarrassed to have him connected to Taco Bell as one of my employees.
The employees were no better, about as welcoming as a pack of hungry wolves. And as for the food? Well, let's just say it was as disappointing as a broken promise on a rainy day.
If you enjoy wasting your time, being treated like dirt, and eating food that's not fit for a stray dog, then by all means, give this place a try. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this Taco Hell. Your stomach—and your...
Read moreTo start, while taking my order the lady, Jessica, was talking to her coworkers, “can someone else put a headset on so I don’t have to be the only one hearing these mean customers” when we weren’t even being mean or rude in anyway. Came to the window, let her know we can hear everything she’s telling her coworkers. When we finally got our food, they forgot a whole meal, so I called the store and asked the manager since their lobby was closed if he could get what we were missing and run it out to us, because their drive thru takes hours! He told me, “well there’s only one car in the drive thru, so just go there.” 4 cars and 20 minutes later we finally get to the window, the manager didn’t even talk to us, he had an employee who just clocked in and had no idea what was going on tell us he was “sorry” while he stood in the back goofing around with other employees. Then when we got our food two of our tacos had ONLY cheese and a shell!!
To top it off, their was a young lady and a guy hanging out in the lobby, I assume they were with one of the workers as the “lobby was closed”. Fighting with each other while everyone in the drive thru watched them scream and jump around each other.
Majority of the workers here are very immature, Management is no better. Who ever owns this Taco Bell needs to get their...
Read moreI wanted to preface by saying I am a long term Restaurant General Manager for another company and am aware of how hard it is to work in and run a restaurant. That being said.... Every visit to this Taco Bell over the past 6 weeks has been a disaster. Tonight: 1). Lobby closed before 5pm. No sign as to why. 2) Upon pulling into drive-thru, I was informed there were no soft drinks available. 3) When I reached the window to pay, the girl or Manager was rude. She could not have cared less about our experience. I have seen her here before allowing family behind the counter and giving free food while customers have been waiting for a long time for their own order. Hispanic girl with glasses. 4). The food received was wrong on every level. Beefy Melt burritos were missing several key ingredients. Chalupa shell tasted so old and stale. I had never had one taste so bad! 5). To make it worse, as I drove off I saw an employee letting customers in and then locking the door behind them? Are they closed or not? Do you have to unlock the door and lock it behind them for every customer? Not sure what was up with that but definitely not acceptable by Taco Bell corporate standards.
Please take the steps necessary to turn this location around. Our town...
