Arby's — Restaurant in Green Bay

2nd Update: After talking with who I believe was the GM of the store, I was compensated a Free Meal. Well. Why in the world would I want to eat a free meal from the place that made me violently sick for 4 days. Once again, I would HIGHLY recommend not going to this establishment.

Update: 3hrs later I’m vomiting, nauseous, have a fever and stomach cramps. It’s clear that I’ve now gotten food poisoning from this place. I should have known to throw away the food when I noticed it was lukewarm and dry. I cannot stress enough that you should avoid this place. Not just to save you some time and money, but for your health and safety. For those wondering, I had not eaten anything today prior to my Arby’s visit, and have not had any cold/flu symptoms prior.

2nd time going to this location. Will not be back. Both times they have refused to honor the 2 for $7 deal if you remove the toppings from the spicy roast beef. We are literally asking you for less food for the same price. This also isn’t a corporate thing. You can order it that way on the website, and I’ve had no problems at other locations. Imagine going to a dominos and ordering their 3 topping carry out deal, and asking for a cheese pizza. And then they tell you, you can’t do that, you need 3 toppings lol. This is basically the same thing. Food is ehh. Both times the food doesn’t come out hot. Probably another reason they don’t want to customize your order (because it’s premade, and then they have to make it fresh). Jamocha shake is good. But it’s just poor management and laughable customer service. To be fair, it’s not any of the employees fault. They are just doing their job. This is 100% a management issue. My wife and I actually order food from here on a regular basis and every time she orders cheese with her meal, pays for extra cheese and every time that we get our meal there is no cheese sauce in the bag... Finally after about 8 times now she decided that she was going to call and say something about it instead of actually answering the phone she had to call back a few different times to being hung up on almost like someone picked it up and automatically hit the end button the final time she called it rang and rang and rang for legit 12 minutes because I kinda was looking at the clock while scarfing down my meal.... Finally my wife had had enough and decided to just go down there and get her cheese..... So thank you Arby's for having us pay the delivery fee to have it delivered only to have to go get what we ordered ourselves anyways... Best part she gets down to get her cheese sauce and the delinquent at the window decided to be very rude and snippy with my wife about the cheese sauce rediculous! Arby's is like one of my favorites but I don't think I'll be getting food...

I went to this location to order my meal I have a coupon that I got in the mail today so I went up to the drive through and the person that took my order through the intercom speaker was very rude to me first of all I tried to explained the coupon that I have with was the 7 dollar meal I have to repeat myself about 3 times and he shouted at me so I am like seriously explaining him the the coupon to him and he put the wrong coupon in so when I pull up to the window and I ask for the manager and he put some things I didn’t asked the manager was nice but I don’t appreciate the kid was running the drive through intercom as a autistic person ordering I was very discussed of that person behavior makes me don’t want to back again save your money and go...
