China Kitchen — Restaurant in Green Bay

Tonight they took my order for delivery, dinner for my employees. Stated one-hour lead time. I ordered 1 1/2hrs ahead for delivery at 550p. At 551p they called me to state they canceled my order because they are way behind, they have too many orders. I could reorder for pick-up in 45 min. So, they had not even started my order. Another woman called me when I hung up on the first, telling me they are making it and I can pick-up in 30-45 mins. I arrive 35 mins later and they do not seem to have my order. Young kid (10?) asks for my name, can't find the order. He confirms my phone number and speaks with one of the adults, who yells at him and blames him for giving my order to someone else. Neither of them acknowledges me to explain. The kid answers the phone, when he hangs up I tell him that someone needs to tell me what is going on. The adult woman says that some other customer took my order. I correct her, stating that they GAVE someone else my order. In the end, they make my order in 10 mins. Will not order here again. They took no responsibility. They were still taking phone orders and stating one-hour delivery: no way they...

We have been going to China Kitchen since it first opened. The mother (owner) who would sit by the register, was always friendly, and the food was ALWAYS EXCELLENT, until she retired and her kids took over. Then the prices kept going up, sometimes increasing in just a couple of weeks, because the menus would already be outdated due to price increases. Sadly, the food is NOTHING like it use to be. On our recent order, the Egg Foo Young was EXTREMELY oily, and BURNED on one side, and the gravy/sauce that went with it was bland and tasteless. The Wonton Egg Drop Soup had no flavor, and the pork in the wontons was tough, not seasoned at all, and it just tasted like ground pork. The ONLY thing in our order that was still the same taste wise, were the Crabmeat Rangoons. Those tasted delicious. I’m not Chinese, but I could make better tasting Egg Foo Young and Wonton Egg Drop Soup. They lost us as customers! We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that the food has gone downhill as...

It sucks won't order from there again. We use to order alot from there. This time when I called I had to call back because they never asked me how I was paying. Then I get the order and no egg roll. I call back again and told the guy(who was nice) about what I ordered(he said i will have driver bring you a few egg rolls free of charge). I said a large shrimp low main, donuts, and under the combination player sweet sour chic with white rice instead of fried rice. Now you would think that is simple....right. Well no then the driver calls back and says that is not what I said.....and that i would be chargedfor egg rolls. I said oh noway!!! And hung up......I will never order there again and we use to tip them well in past ......we found a better place now...
