Restaurant completely messed up my order. I went there the next morning immediately when they opened. They explained to me the manager that is that I should have contacted the store after the store was closed. He was unwilling to fix Situation Even with a untouched pizza a receipt that did not match the pizza because they didn’t cook me the right one as I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust and receipt just a pretzel regular and a marinara side. 11 AM the next morning bringing back the pizza he explained to me the manager that I should have called the store after they closed that they were there till almost midnight. I told him he could keep the pizza in the marinara sauce. It’s a 50-50 shot at this restaurant if they get your order right it is my mistake for not checking the order as I ordered Portal pick up and I know better. As this isn’t the first time they messed up my order. Still I am just in shock that the manager the next morning me being one of the first customers was unwilling to fix the situation or cook the correct food for me that I ordered as the store was closed by the time I noticed i. I don’t see how I return to the store ever if they could literally can cook anything they want give it to you and it’s on you as a customer contact them that day. Read moreMy family ordered online 3 hours in advance and we were given a code for the kiosk. When I arrived, the store was wall to wall people, so I expected a wait. There was only one order in the kiosk, and it was not ours. One younger gentleman was working the counter and didn't seem too phased by the insane number of people. I was standing off to the side and could see somewhat into the back. The cooks kept putting orders on racks in the back where they seemingly went to die. There is nothing being put into kiosks and rarely orders going to people. Orders seemed to be taking forever, so everyone just continued to wait. After 25 minutes of waiting and watching people who complained magically, having the next order, I decided to question where our pizza was (It was already 35 minutes past when our pizza should have been ready). After I gave him our name and what we had ordered, he literally went into the back and grabbed one of the orders on the back rack that was sitting there when we ARRIVED over 30 minutes prior. The order never went into the kiosk/warmer and in all that time, NOT ONCE did this gentleman call out names from that order so we could claim it. So not only did I wait unnecessarily, but our pizza was cold the second he handed it to me. We made sure to order ahead because we live 25 minutes out of town, so the pizza was almost inedible by the time we got home to eat it. I show up 15 mins later and there was not 1 pizza was done or ready, I asked what happened he said we can not have that many ready all the time. ...I asked him why i was told differently when I called, he said he didn't know why anyone would be dumb enough to tell me that. I explained that I thought they were to be hot and ready, he said "you thought wrong".
