Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Green Bay

DO NOT EAT AT THIS ONE POPEYES!! GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE! Trust me, the longer drive is worth it, so you can get the food you want and not have it cold.

My boyfriend and I decided to get some food here and this was his first time eating here. We got there right there at 11, a whole hour for it to close. The first problem we came too, which should have been our big red flag, was the menu being turned off. So, my boyfriend and I had to try to search for it online. While this was happening, someone who could not speak English was trying to figure out what was going on but could not understand what we were trying to say so she brought someone else over but they spoke very little English. We decided to just order what we figure every chicken place would have, chicken tenders, me, and my boyfriend, chicken sandwich. But when we try to order sides, the new guy didn’t see to know the sides themself? (Later I found out he left some out; which normally wouldn’t be an issue but the menu was off). We tried to ask for fries but he said, “No, that’s tomorrow,” which, we figured he meant they weren’t cooking them up anymore which is weird because they still had a full hour to cook. But then as we tried to get a different side, one of mac cheese, he told us there is ONLY one size of a side??? And it was a large, which we didn’t want but that was one of the only things they had. So they up charge us for that. We felt weird backing out now and decided okay fine, we will just pay and leave. Even though nothing went right at all.

After we got our food, it was cold and we could tell the food was siting for awhile. Looking back now, they had random chicken and sides just up on the back counter. So I’m think they just decided to stop cooking at 10, prep some random food for later that night. Then gave it out when needed. Because our food came out faster than I’ve had it before and I didn’t really watch them, but I didn’t seem ANYONE cooking. (Boyfriend was in the bathroom, so also didn’t see).

Overall, worst Popeyes I’ve have ever been too. And was so excited for my boyfriend to try it the first time. They should have a translator so mistakes stop happening and shouldn’t just prep food and have it sitting for hours at the time just because they want to shut down early. That’s just dumb. Won’t go back...

First, orders I thought honey was just a standard To put honey in the bag sorry if I was mistaken next time I'll ask for it, even though it's not even an option online I'll never be able to touch your honey because you don't put it in there by standard with the biscuit.

I ordered two different sets of boneless wings and they were compiled in the same my issue with this is I had one that was extremely spicy and one that was plain the one that was plain was for somebody that cannot have spicy and there was no way to tell the two apart.

We resolved this by me just eating it all now I like a little sweet spacer between spicy food as to not overdo it however every single chicken I've been into was insanely spicy which I like that's why I ordered the ghost pepper ones but that leads me to believe that there were no plain ones in this whole batch because I ate the entire thing cuz I can handle spicy but they were all spicy an hour and a half and half.

I don't know what kind of careless workers you have down there right now or what kind of policies you have in place that just make it so irritating for a customer but fix them and I'll still never come back you guys suck if KFC ow is more popular I would go there but I guess I'm stuck with terrible Chick-fil-A. They may suck but at least they will package things appropriately and provide the proper condiments for what you order. I hope whoever is reading this chokes on a dry biscuit the...

Have heard they had a good sandwich so when we drove by we went in for lunch. Ordered two number 1 sandwichs, when my wife opened her classic chicken she found 2 black hairs in the sandwich causing great disgust and loss of appetite. I had taken a bite of my sandwich and was revolted by seeing the hair in her meal. We took our lunch to the counter and showed the clerk the problem and we were met with a blank stare, they did not know what to do. After not receiving a solution to the problem asked for our money back, no one knew how to refund our money. The clerk call the manager and after a long wait someone came in and after an extended discussion refunded for one sandwich, the other had no hair so would not refund (took the chicken home to the cats as I lost my hunger). The eating area NEEDED to be cleaned as well as the food prep area and appears to be a pattern of this restaurant. We were both very disappointed and well never try eating here again. The one bite I had was good but the lack of cleanliness and training of the limited staff determined our concerns and feeling toward this establishment. Never again will I enter a Popeyes.
