Just moved to Green Bay from out of state and we are currently trying to figure out our pizza spot. This missed the target on so many levels.
The pizza is horribly overpriced. A 14” with 3 toppings came to $26.99 (no joke, I screenshotted the receipt.) It mentioned they were “extra large” toppings, so I expected to get my money’s worth. When the pizza showed up and we saw it, I expected someone to jump out and say, “Ha! Just a prank, bro! And we got it all on film! Here’s the real pizza, ya schmutz!”
It’s been an hour and I don’t think that’s gonna happen, unfortunately. Instead, we’re sitting here contemplating our life choices and whether or not it’s safe to dispose in the regular trash or if we have to call for a hazardous waste extraction team. I refuse to let the dogs have it. If you’re looking for something that tastes better, at a more reasonable price point, call your elementary school lunch lady and get some of that square pizza. It hits different. Better for the taste buds, bank account, and long term good health.
Now, I will say, the Tat Chos, Garlic Stix, and Hot wings.......were edible, but that’s where my praise ends. I, at least, felt comfortable tossing those in the trash bin INSIDE of the house.
In all seriousness, don’t waste your money here. Get yourself some Dominos and skip the disappointment. If you really want a treat in the Green Bay area, hit up Rosati’s or Glass Nickel Pizza. At least with those you won’t feel the regret my girlfriend did after 30 seconds...
Read moreWe have ordered from Toppers several times for delivery. We are located less than 45 seconds from the front entrance to UWGB, and within the virtual yellow square that indicates online delivery zone. Our zip code is that of New Franken, so we need to call in our order--which is no problem since their system cannot process it. Tonight, my girlfriend tried calling and was told we're an exception and they WILL NOT deliver to us again. He did not have her on mute when speaking with the manager, and was very condescending. That angered me, and I called them back and spoke with a manager. She kept repeating that we are an exception, and will put a note in the system on our account. I told her several times that we are within their online delivery zone, and we have ordered multiple times without any issue in the past. I finally hung up out of frustration since they could not understand the concept that we are within their online delivery zone, and last ordered delivery on January 19th. Even the female delivery driver we received on two occasions lives 3 houses down the street. We will continue calling in to Dominos, Papa John's, Rosati's, and GB Pizza Company for our future...
Read moreBuyer beware! Possibly the worst pizza business in the area. No morals, ethics, or business sense. I placed an online order with this place and after the order was delivered I signed the receipt for the exact amount. Two days later a balance shows up on my account for $4.21 more than what I payed for. It turns out the Delivery driver destroyed the original copy of the receipt I signed, and used the second copy to write in a tip for himself so that he could try to steal from me behind my back. He even signed the receipt with someone else's name to try and cover it up. As soon as I discovered it, I called the manager of restaurant and told him that I did not authorize the extra $4.21 for the pizza. The manager basically accused me of lying and told me that he has my signature on the receipt even though I told him that's not my signature. Seriously, what kind of customer would tip a driver and then ask for the tip back? I tried calling the corporate office to complain and left a message for them and they never called me back. If you pay with a credit/debit card, buy at your own risk! This place has thieves on...
