Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Green Bay

We visited the GB east pizza ranch last evening. Their hours are until 8pm. We arrived just before 7pm with family of 5 adults. When we searched the dining room for a table, there were zero tables that accommodated a group larger than 4. When we searched further we found several tables for 6-8 people were closed off for the day with reserved signage. We decided that we would take one of the tables for 6 as there really weren’t any others available and limited workers to ask. We did see several other tables with more than 4 per table looking rather uncomfortable. After we sat down and started going to the buffet a worker came along and literally started throwing reserved signage and chairs to indicate that she was upset. She then stormed around the restaurant cleaning and clearing tables forcefully. Chairs were banging into each other and tables moved and shifted forcefully into the walls. Again, restaurant quite full including babies in high chairs near her. My husband approached her and she claimed she was the only worker and that was her explanation for her behavior-I guess she felt it was justified. Meanwhile we did see several other workers. She continued to throw her work tantrum and bid us to enjoy our supper. Many others came in during this time and her irritably clearly increased as more customers arrived including a larger group. She also swept all the debris from under the tables into the walkways with dirt flying making us wonder if some garage might hit our table/food. Meanwhile there was a large spill near the soda machine (clearly more of a safety issue than the sweeping task) that was left for everyone to step over. After this experience we will never return to GB pizza ranch east. $80 for our family to eat and watch this type of behavior is ridiculous. We left by 730pm, still normal...

So hostess was very courteous. My wife inquired about a to go container pay by weight, CSR response about inquiry bc my wife Disorders (see below) she said we have a different price for people who have GI Disorders. NO need to show card ( that was nice)she informed us. We got like $3 dollars off I believe. May be incorrect on amount. Anyways we get our drinks and food luckily 1 table in far back was available for us. Shure enough my wife make a b line to bathroom as did I to wash up. bathrooms was very clean and private. So the food was delicious and fresh. BTW: if you have a special pizza you like when you enter they ask you request? And give you a number. About 15 minutes or less we requested to cancel pizza. NO PROBLEM the hostess informed us and took back number. Price for buffet is over charging about 10% IMO. Only negative feedback is the ketchup is in condiment packaging and that sucks ( have request bottle of ketchup if needed. Bc opening 10 packs sucks.All in all I WOULD LIKELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. PS This is a Christian faith owner of franchise . So you actually get to hear decent volume levels of music and relaxation of soul music. Nice extra comfort if you are a Christian, looking to support a fellow Christian brother in business. Was some what crowded but staff quickly was on their cleaning game and got seated almost immediately.I wouldn't recommend going between the hours of 4 pm to 7 pm if you are bringing family since most families like to have booth seating as that's why I had to wait for a table it's safer in a booth seat with my 3 year old daughter.Even though it was busy the staff where on top of their game and very polite and friendly.Would definitely recommend to someone new to the area the buffet was amazing mother in law had to wait a little bit for them to add chicken because it seems like nobody eats the breast or thighs there everyone wanted legs and wings only but as soon as they got placed on the buffet not even two people would load up on chicken and take all of the wings or legs so if your picky on chicken you will have to stand there waiting just to get some.Every time I have been here the other customers were inconsiderate and very greedy like this taking all of one item just...
