Dunkin' — Restaurant in Green Brook Township

My boyfriend went in this morning to get our drinks. There were only 3 other people waiting in the dining area. They were open, but the girl behind the counter wasn’t even ready and told him to wait. The manager came in, scolding the girl saying “we should’ve been opened already! There’s customers.” Anyways. He asked for a matcha latte with oat milk, very basic. I got the drink back and I just stared at it, it wasn’t even green. I tasted it, MILK!! Just straight up regular whole milk, maybe a dash of matcha but it was literally just milk!! not even oat milk. I confirmed with my boyfriend and he said he asked for oat milk, so why is there cow milk in my drink? Luckily im not lactose intolerant. I’m just disappointed that I wanted a basic drink and got flavorless milk instead. And we’re running late. Once we’re on the highway, my boyfriend takes a sip of his drink, a French vanilla iced latte. He gags and goes “Eugh!! It’s straight up caramel.” Caramel or syrup, I don’t care. I tried it too and it was so disgustingly sweet. The drink was thick itself and not in a Milky Way, but in a sugary syrup way. (Even after stirring the drink) Both drinks were un drinkable. ((I mean unless you love milk to the point where you want a whole 3 cups worth)) I’ve had pretty well made drinks here before, but this was our first time having a bad experience. I don’t want to be inconsiderate, maybe the girl behind the counter had a bad morning or something happened to cause her to be late, or maybe a machine stopped working in the middle of opening. Maybe it was her first day? But how hard is it to mess up a drink off the menu. One more thing; it’s a minor mistake. Our breakfast sandwiches were mixed up but luckily it was caught in time. My bf traded with the other customer just in time. Too many mistakes made in one morning, especially when there’s only 4 people waiting. Relax, take your time. I’m sure people would rather have you take your time and make a good drink than rush and...

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I'd give this Dunkin a zero star if I could. I do drives in the morning with my supervisor and on the way we stop at a Dunkin. We stopped here the first time since the pandemic (and under new management) and ordered our drinks (large iced blueberry matcha and large iced matcha, both supposedly with light ice) were the product equivalent of a small and the rest filled with ice. We came back a second time and gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming they didn't hear us. We asked for "very very light ice" and the new manager said "If we put less ice, there will be less product." And proceeded to give our large drinks filled completely with ice and product equivalent of a small once again. My supervisor order an iced blueberry coffee and there was no blueberry flavoring nor was it sweetened as requested. I don't know about everyone else, but in any other Dunkin or fast food chain, regardless of the ice amount, the product is still filled to the top. Our other Dunkin runs have always been great, and no silly comment on "less ice means less product."

Cheap owner. Unprofessional employees. I have been to this dunkin donut for around 7 times, and I can say it's the worst dunkin's donut I have ever been to.(It's the closest dunkin donut from my work place, for timesaving, I had no other choices.) We already noticed the cheap quality services this dunkin's donut provides the first time we try this location. Last time, We bought a large hot black coffee with suger only. We found that they are cheap enough to add large amount of water to make coffee. You can barely taste the favor of coffee from this "profit-making" coffee, instead you get the great taste of hot water. From now on, I will never go to this location of dunkin's donut. I would rather getting stuck in the traffic and travel to the further location of dunkin's donut. Not recommend anyone to this dunkin's donut! There are couple more dunkin's donut down...
