Jaden, our waitress and Damon did the jack of all trades cook outstanding job on the food in this restaurant OK
Both of these employees in the responsibilities represented the high standards and quality by surprise with Olive Garden. I tried the meat sauce and the Alfredo sauce on rigatoni. I think thatâs what itâs called and I tried side of. I guess mushroom creamy mushroom sauce what a delicious surprise salad, which is part of all you can eat and new item with the other spaghetti and choices that you have really outstanding. This really was a surprise since itâs been many years since Iâve been back to the establishment so my deepest gratitude to Jaden and Damon for their kindness and making this a wonderful experience for my family and I
Today is September 7, 2025, after requesting to talk to the manager about my experience I quickly discovered the hidden gem behind the success in enjoyment my family received today. Bruce, the manager came up with a smile of concern, and as I looked at him, I immediately told him of the absolute joy and happiness that I had with Jaden and Damon And I could see that under his management leadership and as I talk to other employees as I exited the building, I could see the extreme positive atmosphere that Bruce provides supporting his crew. To corporate this man along with his staff our keepers. I expect you to treat them well because they demonstrate a unique excellence of the Olive Garden experience. To the wonderful people reading my review you wonât go wrong with this delicious food and kindness express to everyone that enters this facility. My final choice after my unending food experience was to get a Sicilian cheesecake covered in strawberries. I have publicly challenged Bruce not his waitress not his cook. Got anybody else but him to somehow relay to me. What is a Sicilian cheesecake. I have never heard of itto my Italian friends out there. I know youâre going to beat me to death with pasta noodles uncooked, but I deserve it arrivederci grassy, grassy grassy to Olive Garden to Bruce, Jaden, Damon, and for my family, who gave the waitress a huge extra tip for...
Read moreI dont usually leave bad reviews because I believe that even restaurants/businesses have their rough days but this visit was especially frustrating. We were there for about 2 hours and a half. It felt like we were placed at a table that was easy to forget us. My family ordered their food about 20 min after arriving and being seated. We ordered the salad and breadsticks. It took almost 30 min to get salad and breadsticks. The waiter who dropped it off just dropped it on the table and left so we sat there starring at it while we waited for our waitress to come back for cheese for our salad and butter for the dry breadsticks. After waiting for so long we were told they were out of dipping sauces (ranch, marinara, etc) but that was kind of understandable. None of us ordered anything crazy but after arriving before 8 and recieving our food around 9:30 (was rushed to eat because they closed at 10). The best part of the experience was the drama amongst the staff. A young girl worker kept following a male worker around as they argued. The male worker stopped clearing dishes many times to play on his phone while this girl worker starred him down. After she disappeared another female (not in uniform) started following the worker around as he barely did his job due to them talking and making fun of the first girl who he seemed to be in a relationship with. Either way.. Entertaining but very unprofessional especially since we were waiting so long to eat just to be rushed out. My son has patience but this time he sat with his head down on the table and cried because he waited so long for his spagetti. This is just unacceptable for a "nice" place to eat where each plate is above $10. I work hard for my money and after spending over $50 bucks on this place I just felt like I wasted my money and my family was extremely frustrated, tired and moody. No one said anything to any of the staff. There was no point. They all seemed too young to care. I order wine and the waitress never showed up with it....
Read moreThe sun was directly shining through the windows and the shades. It was blinding while sitting in the waiting area as well as our table. We had to put menus up in the window to block the sun so it was not blinding. My two year old was given a high chair that was so wobbly and loose, like it could collapse at any moment. If she pushed herself forward and backward, the joints of the chair would open an close. She ended up pinching her finger in it. They delivered our food and gave a hot plate to a 2 year old. It's bad enough when an adult's plate is hot but not safe to give to a toddler. I'm not sure about anyone else's food but my alfredo pasta was so dried up like it was sitting under the lamp too long. Definitely didn't taste like an $18 meal. There was hair in the spaghetti and meatballs. đ© Going to the bathroom meant crossing through the packed waiting room and dodging servers with trays. This would not impact my rating but really not ideal and added to the frustration.
Positives: I was with a group of 9 at 5:00 on a Saturday. The service was not bad. The server was friendly and timely. We did not wait a long time from when we ordered to when food was delivered. Bills were promptly delivered...
