Was very disappointed. Took my girlfriend their for her birthday. The first thing I noticed is they have a sign up saying how they will provide a mask for you if you don't have one as if it's required. However most of the staff along with customers are without a mask. While I am vaccinated, I do find it wrong to pretend that you enforce mask use or portrait that you do when you don't. Some of the population are at high risk and cannot wear a mask or get the vaccination. So doing so puts those in jeopardy. We were seated and the table and menu was wet and stayed wet. I don't know if it was sanitizer or what, but that's disconcerting. Also, their was two of us, but we only got one menu? It took a while till we received our orders, which was ok, since we were chatting, but for what we ordered it shouldn't have took that long. I also noticed the prices were very high and very lacking. Almost $12 for a burger and fries. We got our food and I noticed I was missing my fries, and I had to ask for them. Also I ordered a garden salad which the menu said came with white wine vinaigrette. Again, the waiter didn't even ask what type of dressing or if I wanted a different one, but I got I believe ranch, so I had to ask for vinaigrette The salad is claimed to be a garden salad. This is not what I would consider a garden salad. It was lettuce, 4 slices of tomato, and thin pieces of cheese. I expected more then just tomatoes such as cucumbers. carrot, radish, or something. But I guess that's their garden salad according to their site. And that's around $4, yikes. My girlfriend ordered boneless wings and celery and carrot sticks. Well while the boneless wings tasted ok. Their wasn't much sauce, not enough was poured on to get all the chicken. Also, they call it white meat, but it looked dark to me, at least the one I seen. So I found that a little strange. And the celery looked like it was sitting out all day or strait from the prepackaged deli section of the supermarket. The ends were dried up, not what you would expect from a sit down restaurant. Like if your not going to actually freshly cut up celery, at least cut the ends off to fake it atleast. They placed us in front of the large projection TV. They have a gizzilon tv's in their, but why is their projection TV aspect ration off, so dim, so blurry and a double image. I mean the picture was smaller then the screen and was cut off so you couldn't even see the score. Then one of the other TV's ended up switching to a black input screen for a while and then eventually turned off. And I get it, you really cant have the sound on, but no closed captioning? Seemed a little strange. When I got my bill, I assumed I went up to the cashiers to pay. Nope I stood their waiting for a while, eventually someone showed up and asked if I needed something. She told me I pay the waiter. Would have been nice if they said that, not just give you a paper bill. Generally that means you pay up front. The whole experience their was very poor. I was unimpressed. I been to Wings Ext. and it is a very different experience. Burger and wings tasted decent. But aside from that, this place is very overpriced...
Read moreI came here with a large group of people. They seated us quickly, but after that.....that's where the good stops. First, they had a single server for our group of nearly 20 people. Naturally, the server was working her hardest, but couldn't keep up. After finally taking our orders, we waited. And waited. And waited. We watched tables of 4-6 come in, order, get food, and leave. Our server didn't come back for refills during this time either.
We also watched as our food was placed under the lights and SAT THERE DYING for 20 minutes. Someone at our table finally went into the kitchen to ask about where our orders were and was told they were waiting for everything to be ready before the brought anything to the table. Are you kidding me? For that size of party, bring the food when it's ready. It's common sense. Otherwise, the only person that gets hot food is the last person who ordered. That's exactly what happened.
Our food was cold. Sides were missing. Drinks were not refilled.
As a diabetic, timing of food and insulin is critical. So, the fact that our food took over an HOUR to come out was absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. As a team, we go many places and we've never had this happen. Typically, servers will ask "are you okay with the food coming out as it's ready?" YES. YES WE ARE. Not here. Instead, the food died under the lights while tables of patrons got their food and we waited.
On top of this, the bdubs rewards were not applied correctly, so we had to pay more for this food than what we anticipated and were offered NO solutions.
We will never come back to this...
Read moreI don't know why I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt with take out because EVERY single time, something is wrong with our order! A couple months ago my husband & I ordered the 20 boneless with a large fry promo, but we upgraded to get wedges instead. This is apparently what they call a large wedge…this picture was taken before even one was taken out of the box. Fast forward to this past Wednesday my daughter and I order the same promo and because of the previous experience I made her check our order before we even left the parking spot. Sure enough - wings were missing! We had ordered 3 different types of sauces and we were completely missing one which then meant we didn’t even receive our 20. She took the whole bag in, had to wait for someone to finally walk by (which happened to be a server) to advise them we were missing part of our order. Their response “well how many wings do you have in your bag” - doesn’t matter you completely forgot to give us a sauce that was clearly printed on the receipt! But regardless of that like I already mentioned this meant we didn’t have the 20 we ordered! She gets our wings, we drive our 8min drive home and my wings (which were not the missing wings) were COLD (I’m not sure of the others as I didn’t try them). We don’t order from here very often, but every single time we have something is wrong with the order.
