Ordered off the Culver’s app, got a nice 25% discount but ultimately wasn’t worth it. Projected curbside pick up time as given by Culver’s was 8:39pm now I wouldn’t expect it exactly at that time, give or take a few mins but if I’m told I can pick up my food at that time by a business they should honor it. If you do curbside pickup you are told by the app and curbside parking signage, to check in by clicking the “I’m here”button on either the app or in the email they send you (I did both, it didn’t matter). I waited 20min in the parking lot until 9pm and saw a young man running food to the drive thru regularly but not to a single person parked in the curbside pickup, I finally called him over and he asked for the name on my order and within 1min he brought my food. So my food was ready they just weren’t honoring the curbside pickup. I order fried fish so guess what was super mushy and soft because it was sitting in a steamy enclosed plastic package for 20+min. Why even have online order or pickup if you’re just going to waste my time? People were sitting in the curbside pickup longer than I was and I only got my food because I spoke up. Lesson is this won’t change obviously, so don’t do curbside and if you do you’ll still have to go in to get your food. This is really too bad because if my food was brought out to me in a timely fashion this wouldn’t have been a...
Read moreWe were traveling through the area and stopped to get food through the drive through As we got down the road we realized that we were missing an entire meal. We called to get our card credited and was told they couldn't credit our card but that we would be put on a list for a free meal. This was not ideal since we aren't usually in the area, but we were tikd that was the best they could do. (1st poor customer service) My son happened to be in the area today and was told we had to get our free meal within 2 weeks. I called the manager and was told that he didn't make the policy. That was the explanation I received! So lesson learned. Culver's does not care about correcting their errors. And the manager could not give me a logical explanation as to why the free meal was only good for 2 weeks, or why we were not told of the 2 week policy when we called to get a refund. So check your bags, or better yet avoid Culver's in Brighton on Whitmore Lake Road! They are way too expensive to pay for a meal and...
Read moreWe spent over 20 minutes waiting after we ordered our food. Finally they came out, apologetic, and coupon in-hand. Unfortunately, nothing was right. To start, NO condiments - that by the way were ordered - the sandwhiches were not prepared as requested (no pickles). Finally, the “spicy chicken” sandwich that you served us was nothing like the sandwich on Culver’s menu. It was LITERALLY paper thin ...the meat was MAYBE 1/8” thick!!!! I took 2 bites, hopeing the first was just an anomoly....NOPE. Now I realize these are challenging times for everyone, especially the restaurant industry. That said, you need to do better. Your attention to detail and quality assurance both need vast improvement. I hope you’ll take this as intended, otherwise you’ll risk becoming a flash-in-the-pan, here-today-gone-tomorrow eatery...
