Got here 5 minutes before quoted ready time. Stood in line with about 10 other frustrated other customers. None of the staff said a word to ANY of us. After about 15 minutes, one guy went over to the food warmer, and instead of asking me my name, he instead just started taking pizzas out of the warmer and calling out names. Sometimes for folks who hadent arrived yet, so he just waited for a response. I ended up being the LAST person he called, after EVERYONE who got there after me had already left. By the time I got into my car, I opened the box to find an almost room temperature pizza with cheese pretty much already congealed. The worst service I've EVER had at a pizza shop. I got the Margherita.... so.... 3 ingredients, cheese, tomato sauce, and basil. No basil was on it. Everything about my experience was AWFUL. 45 minutes later after I had, abrasively, eaten half and then threw the rest in the garbage where it belonged, they sent me a message saying my pizza was ready. Whoever trains staff here needs to find a new job, cause to not even be smart enough to greet the first customer in a neatly queued up line... but instead shouting out names like an idiot.... I mean... someone's gotta explain to me how anybody can be that thoughtless. The place only had a few tables with people too. Not like they were super busy. Staff looked like they were moving in slow motion, and I mean...
Read moreCalled in an order for 3 pizzas. A typical pepperoni, buffalo chicken and a margarita pizza. Arrived to pickup and as I was walking in there were people also walking in. That’s a good sign. Walked in and the inside is quite big. Lots of table and booths. You walk up to the counter and either place your order or tell them it’s a pick and give your name. The guy behind the counter was nice and no issues. The total cost for 1 large and 2 mediums was about $50 so it’s definitely not cheap pizza but I’m a big believer in you get what you pay for. Drove home and unboxed it and it looked pretty good. Pepperoni was ok but you could taste the quality. It had that fire roasted cook to it. Buffalo chicken was good but had a lot of flavors going on and almost too much to it. That was my wife’s favorite but I’ll have to give it to the margarita pie. It was very good with great flavors. All the pizza was very salty but they were all good. So if you’re looking for high quality pizza stop here but keep in mind you’ll pay for it. If you just want average cheap pizza head over the Costco…this is t the place for you. Well done...
Read moreRachel and her team catered our June 2021 wedding, held at the remote Phantom Lake Ranch in Red Feather, Colorado. Of the caterers that we had initially considered, most were either unable to travel to the site or offered exorbitant quotes for traditional food service. We were worried about the freshness of food prepared hours earlier and reheated with sterno cans. Enter Rollin’ Stone Pizza Truck. We had already sampled their delicious pies at a brewery in Fort Collins, and were impressed by their price for a full pizza, pasta and salad buffet. Shortly after booking with them, our wedding was unfortunately postponed due the COVID-19 pandemic, but thankfully Rachel was flexible in working with us to reschedule. On the day of our event, they arrived on time and quickly prepared a delicious offering that was a total hit with all of our guests, including those with dietary allergies which they graciously accommodated. I would emphatically recommend these guys to anyone who’s not interested in stodgy, lukewarm, overpriced catered fare for...
