This store is a serious joke, they have terrible customer service and support, if you are business customer do not go here. Horrible experience trying to upgrade to new phone and a business account. Managers there do not return calls or do what they promised, had to track down the district rep myself. They have no power to do anything at this store. Beware go elsewhere. Yes this is the correct Store, this is Discmagic the business account, 4-5 trips to the store (plus my wife going in), had to sort out my issues with Issac directly, your district account manager.. Our original rep was not personal at all and totally screwed up our account and nothing he promised was correct and now away for a few months, so "nobody else knows what he did". I worked with Store manager Josh who tried to help, promised to fix things and "call me" in a few days once things were fixed. No call, no fix on the account, he goes on vacation, and then our business lines were turned off, and told to pay an $840.00 bill to restore service by billing support (promised a bill around $150.00 with free upgrades but we were charged). again, 100% YOUR fault, and your store CANT HELP. Read moreI called in to make sure they had the new iPhone in stock and they did. So I got there and without telling me anything about the phone Josh wanted to drive into my bill. Whatever, I know the phone already so let him see what he has to change. I got everything situated and then they were trying to charge $50 to “setup” my phone. I assume this means transfer my data? Nope. They literally charge you the same as a corporate store and send you out the door without even putting the new $1000+ phone you bought in your hand. Get home, do it all myself and then login to my account. I then noticed that he added two “free trials” for Verizon cloud without asking me if I wanted them. Luckily I caught this before I got hit with the bill and had to waste time on the phone getting it cleared up. Read moreI would like to share how much I appreciate the staff at the Verizon store in Brighton, Michigan, just off Lee Rd. We’ve been going there for a few years now whenever we need to replace/trade in our phones, and the service there is consistently excellent and professional. I especially wish to thank Bryan for his patience with my many questions, his knowledge of the products, and his helpfulness, which really goes above and beyond. My daughter and I recently traded in our phones for new devices, and we arrived in the evening to pick them up and do the necessary transfers. As it turned out, Apple decided to install a huge update that took longer than expected, and Bryan ended up staying late just to make sure we got our devices up and running. We were (and still are) very grateful for that extra time he spent doing that for us. I highly recommend this particular branch for one-on-one personal service and an overall excellent experience.
