Lion's Choice - South County — Restaurant in Green Park

I visited this location today, and my experience was great. Tom helped me through so much. He greeted me with a big smile, and was a very polite worker. He recommended me the number one, and the food tasted amazing. The fries were also fresh, and Tom gave me the best sauces. The prices were reasonable. Thank you Tom for a great experience. Will be coming back, and I hope that Tom will get the recognition he deserves. 2/7/20- Updated Review- I decided to get ice cream after my dinner date with my friend. I came in and I got greeted by Tom again. It was like he works every time I come in. Once again, Tom did an excellent job greeting me.He gave me some suggestions on what to get. My friend got an oreo sundae, and I got a vanilla cone. The ice cream was so good, and it was a reasonable price. The service was very fast. When I left, I realized that I couldn't hold my cone ice cream while driving. I went to the drive thru and got a cup. Tom gave me a spoon which was very sweet of him. Thank you for this amazing service once again. I am so impressed about his service. We need more people like this in the fast food industry. My friend and I had a great time...

UPDATE I believe in giving credit where it's due so I just wanted to commend Cara for being such an amazing Lions Choice employee. I don't know if she is in management but if not she should be. Every time we hit the drive thru she is so friendly and always makes sure that the food is properly prepared and everything is in the bag. We are so appreciative of the great service that she always provides and her friendly demeanor makes it such a pleasure to visit. I wish more restaurants had employees like her. Thanks Cara!

Recent Review Love Lion's Choice! Used to avoid this location and even wrote a negative review a few years ago but things have changed. Tried it again when a friend popped in to surprise me with lunch. It was really good so I have been hitting the drive thru a couple of times a week. The food and service have been consistently great. It's by far the best roast beef sandwich on the planet and the frozen custard is amazing! I don't know what's changed but please keep it...

Honestly extremely disappointed usually this place is great and I have never ever had an issue however today was much different. Everything went well with the order up until I arrived home and saw it was not entirely what I ordered. While the French dip was there the roast beef had been mistakenly switched with a hot dog. Obviously this is not the biggest issue. However I then tried to call to resolve the matter and possibly see about swinging by later this evening to get a decent sandwich but the phone number on the recipet was automated. Telling me to press one to speak to a member of staff. When I did it kept looping and looping and looping. I've never been disappointed and honestly hoped the hotdog might be edible however it was like trying to rip into beef jerky(obviously not what I ordered anyways but still went for it as I was extremely hungry) I would love to come back but I am just disappointed that there is no way to resolve this without driving back. It would be nice to at least call...
