What's extremely unfortunate for me leaving this review is that my fiance was VERY excited to use this provider as it was referred to us by a family member for our upcoming wedding and we loved their work.

My fiance called in and was even already aware of the owners absence from the country as he travels to Greece on occassion. The owner is NOT the problem, the problem would be the front staff that could not answer a single question and when asked about the owners availability with concern to timing given and with respect to his schedule a time frame could not be provided by front staff, when asked when the owner may be present to speak with, a "generally in the afternoon" was given.

Was told "we exclusively do what's on the menu" which okay of course, we are not looking for anything unique or special; but given the social media presence you'd think they would have one readily available. No. We were told we had to schedule a tasting and there was no menu readily available to be emailed over.

Seriously disappointed we could not use a relatively small business for the purpose of our catering in our wedding.

But then again you could be selling gold, but if the salesman is garbage, the buyer still sees a rock.

Just something to consider.

EDIT: because it just gets better. We had a family friend go in requesting a menu since none could be provided via email and we were told a menu could not be provided, even one to just check prices. Absolutely skeevy business practices. Maybe if someone feels like coming in for a cupcake, but any semblance of professional business here should be considered...

George and his wife Kathy are the most wonderful people to work with. From the tasting to the wedding day, they went above and beyond to make us happy. We were able to taste every flavor combination available during our tasting and everything was so good that it was nearly impossible to choose only a few flavors. Not to mention that they have the best prices in Cincinnati. I had so many people come up to myself and our parents and tell us that it was the best cake they had ever had. My jaw actually dropped and I gasped when I saw the beautiful cake that George had made for our day. It was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. Then my husband and I tasted the cake and it was the fluffiest most delicious cake we had ever tasted. My sweet cousin from the west side came and visited with me for a lunch of about 3 hours, because her conversation was so interesting. I had a great time discussing our similar families--I feel closer to her than when I was little and all of our parents were alive. Chris is funny, kind and so very honest with me--which makes it easy for me to share with her. She brought me a box of 8 cupcakes from you. I almost never eat sweets, After she left, I tried the toppings of various cupcakes and couldn't believe how absolutely delicious these cupcakes were. My daughter still needs a wedding although she has had a baby and is married at the courthouse. When covid is over, you will definitely be my wedding baker of choice.
