11-26 I ordered the regular portion Turkey and dressing with Mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans.I only got 2 tiny slivers of turkey ,2 tiny scoops dressing ,1 tiny scoop potatoes,NO GREEN BEANS,no cranberry sauce. My daughter got the dinner bell portion and looks like they made mine same way even though i paid over $13 . This was our Thanksgiving since we didn't eat turkey THURSDAY..such a let down ..even for dinner Bell at over $8. It shows 3 pieces of turkey for dinner bell not 2!! It shows 4_5 on reg portion..not 2! Also no cranberry on hers. And why so skimpy on the banana bread?
This location is absolutely terrible like most things on this side of town along glenway avenue. They always forget stuff and charge what they want. When you call in they answer then hang up right away or leave you on hold for an hour, then when they finally answer they say they aren't taking anymore carryout orders.
The rise and shine burger with 2 sides is 12.99 via ordering and menu for Glenway..when we call it in and pick it up its 14.99.. And they forgot the fried egg, honey maple sauce and cheese! It was dried out and tough. They forgot mac n cheese and fries were cold chewy pasty.. The rolls are never fresh They always forget stuff or make it the way they want. Way over priced when you get tiny portions and they forget sides and important items that go with sandwich es and dinners.
The A1 Burger they never put sauce, cheese or onions.
Pot roast dip sandwich they always forget aujus, and one chunk of pot roast and only 1 cheese..
I'd add all my recent photos but I'm having trouble uploading
The chicken sandwich was so dry and tough The whole hog breakfast they forget half the items, never have powder sugar, syrup .
I'm fed up with Bob Evans and this location.
It causes fights with our family because of them always forgetting and them charging more than it says on the menu or order via website online order.
This side of town went done hill about 10 years ago. We only have fast food, expensive family owned restaurants,or Bob Evans and Frisch s which are on same par with service and quality of food and accuracy and charging what they feel as Bob Evans It was bad enough because of covid and now ten times worse since #46 . Sonic may never open because nobody wants to work there. The fast food on this side never gets anything right or freshly made, prices rose . Bob Evans was the only half way decent one left .Now prices rose again at this location and when you pick up to pay ,its even more. All the other restaurants left this side years ago due to the demographics and troubles with ppl not paying dine and dash,or employees or managers embezzling money.

Read moreIf I could give a negative or "no" stars rating, I would. Due to our 4 differing schedules, we decided to have our Thanksgiving family dinner on Saturday the 26th and placed an order for delivery @ 1:30pm Saturday. We ordered both Ham and Turkey, green beans, corn, stuffing, mashed taters, gravy, Mac & Cheese, pumpkin pie, pecan pie and apple pie. The Ham portions were small and TBH tasted like leftovers from the fridge. The Turkey was moist, but in the right light, it almost looked a little pink still, the corn and green beans were as expected from opening and serving a canned product. The gravy, stuffing and potatoes were unremarkable with the exception of the gravy covering the turkey hid the pink tint. The Mac & Cheese was similar in that there was nothing special about it either. The Pecan pie was ok, but it seemed old, the pumpkin pie filling had literally started to separate from the pie crust (shrinking) as though it was dehydrated. The crust was unremarkable and I never did see the Apple pie, unless the kids inhaled it upon its arrival. In short the food tasted off just a bit, almost like it had been kept in the fridge until Saturday and then re-heated just prior to delivery and while the portion of the turkey was decent, most of the other portions were small-ish, especially when factoring in enough for four people. Both Cindy and I noticed the "off" taste of the food, so at least I know it isn't just me. The kids didn't say anything because they are too polite to do so. As far as our normal experiences with Bob's stores, they are generally favorable, and usually not with this particular location, but, the next Holiday meal will be from...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would This is the last time I will come to this location. They were short staffed and it felt like it. It took forever for our drinks to come to the table. We probably sat almost 15-20 min before getting the drinks (we had to ask for). The waitress barely came and checked on us to see if we wanted it needed anything. She finally said we are short staffed after 25 min of us waiting (still no food). She never asked to refill our drinks, we had to ask another server. The food finally came and my omelet looked horrible so I asked her to take it back. She looked at me like I was wrong to not want it. The manager came over but never acknowledge herself as the manager. Until we asked to speak to a manager and then she came back as a manger. Last issue is when my daughter and niece (age 8) needed to go to the bathroom, a young man was in the bathroom cleaning. There was no sign or anything that times us he was in there. If I had let them go by themselves it would have been a bigger issue. So after talking with manger she gave us 20% off our order. It should have been more. You saved me $5 and I still didn't eat. I like Bob's but this location needs a redo with how to service the clients. This was a horrible experience but I won't hold it against all locations just this one. Think 2-3 times before coming here.... We weren't the only ones complaining about how long it took just to get a drink. NOT coming back to this...
