Entering establishment I was not greeted. It was literally like 6-7 ppl working. That’s more than enough. It looked as though they were working as a team. So I should have been greeted. I ordered triple espresso 3 pumps of French vanilla medium cup add ice line cup with caramel drizzle add whip. Drink looked nasty. Let me remind you every drink they made looked nothing like my drink. When I expressed like what is this and I’m not happy, I was being argued at. I paid 1.00 for almond milk, why not feel my drink to brim. Why not make my drink like you’re making it for yourself, brother, sister, friend. I’m so shocked. Read moreThe problems with this store stem from the women “managing” this place. If you’ve been in there, you know who I’m talking about. Not only do I end up waiting 20 mins in the store after I placed an online order 10 mins prior, but 9 times out of town the order is wrong. But that isn’t the biggest issue. On multiple occasions, I watch that women disrespect her employees. The way she speaks to them is disgusting. She barks at them and the tone of her voice is so out of line and unacceptable. I would encourage anyone who frequents that store to report her to upper management. I can’t even comprehend how she got that job. But no one deserves to be spoken to the way she speaks to people. When Tyler is working the atmosphere is great but both me and my partner have witnessed Angelica berate and humiliate her young employees, and in full view of the shop. Angelica has also literally yelled at her employees for “leaving their stations” (in front of customers mind you) when the employees in question every time were serving customers that Angelica, and several other employees were visibly ignoring. I have also heard her several times tell her employees that “drive thru is the most important thing” and to “ignore the front” when the front of the store had a line out the door and ToGo orders quite literally thrown on the counter and not placed where they should be.
