Bahia Bowls Uniontown (Green) - Best Acai Bowl in Ohio — Restaurant in Green

I came in today around 11:30am. There was only one girl working, at peak lunch hour time. She was making other customers orders but it was taking a really long time for each one. Me & another customer waited in line to order, and neither of us even had a chance to order. The customer in front of me walked out before ordering, and I walked out 5-10 minutes later because service was so slow. I’d rather go to a sit-down restaurant if I’m going to wait this long, especially considering this is for a smoothie or açaí bowl. My review is not based on the food because I couldn’t even try it.

This was my first time here, but I’ve been so excited to try it. But the slow service, especially with only one employee at lunch hour, was really unfortunate. It seems like this happened a few days ago too based on another review, and you lost atleast two paying customers today. I hope things can be figured out soon behind-the-scenes because this place has potential to do well...

So I went to Bahia Bowls today because I thought that it would be a good healthy option as the brand advertises. The bowl itself was a little bit icy, but from what I understand, açai bowls are supposed to be thick and creamy not overly icy. However, it was very good. The employee was very sweet and nice, although when we walked up, the sign said they were closed. The main problem that I have, is that these bowls are not healthy for you AT ALL. In addition, they are 10.95 for a regular size! I feel bad for all of the women especially, that probably eat these thinking that they are healthy. So I ordered an oatmeal bowl and I found out they didn’t have it after I paid for it. She didn’t mention anything about being out until my other was paid for and it wasn’t taken off the menu so I paid for it and they wouldn’t give me a refund because I guess they don’t do refunds and she asked me what I like to swap it out for something else and there was nothing else on the menu that I wanted so they got my money for free but she did give me cards like a buy one get one but I’d literally have to still pay again. and she was nice about it but I am pretty Upset and I won’t be back so don’t worry so like these cards were pointless because I’m not...
