The Human Bean — Restaurant in Green

Tell me why it can take up to 30 minutes for them to complete an order just because you use the window not the drive-thru. That's not even my main issue with this place. The coffee at this location literally always tastes stale and old. I have a hunch that there's some prejudice there because every time I go there there's this blonde and I always get the worst service and the bare minimum and then I get attitude on top of it. But my girlfriend's coffee is always on point and rarely messed up. It's literally consistent with this location really and no matter who you have aside from maybe one or two people that once in a blue moon will get it perfectly. Don't get me wrong you have these issues with all of this franchise but not to this extent. I won't be going back there anymore. I'm right around the corner from this place and I would honestly rather drive an extra 20 minutes as opposed to telling someone hey you didn't do anything to this coffee I still can't taste any flavoring... And I don't mean a little bit I mean like there's virtually no flavor aside from burnt coffee. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job. There's no reason my coffee at home should be that much better than yours and I'm not even talking about the fact that I use better coffee beans no I'm saying you have industrial equipment and I do not. Two and a half to three tablespoons of any kind of syrup I should be able to remotely taste something besides burnt ass coffee. The crazy part is this blonde has been working there for like at least a solid 2 years because I moved around this area around that time. You mean to tell me that after that long you still don't know how to do your job? Not to mention the amount of attitude I get from a number of other girls that work here. I'm so sick and tired of the amount of attitude people give on the job whereas myself I would definitely get fired. Have some professionalism or just leave. I'm tired of paying this much money for piss poor stale coffee. Do these places not realize we have like a plethora of other coffee shops around my corner? I just like this place because of the jalapeno sausage biscuits and even then half the time when I get them they are smushed lol I honestly have no quarrel with never coming to this franchise again let alone this single location. Girlfriends already tired of it and now my friends are starting to see what I'm talking about. Go ahead and lose business just like Dunkin and Starbucks. We have options and better...

got a light roast coffee. I used to go to McDonald's down the road for coffee, but their coffee quality degraded immensely. This coffee is much better. It's no starbucks, but it's also much cheaper than starbucks. For the price it's solid, its competitors in the area are McDonald's and Dunkin's, perhaps some of the local gas stations if you can catch them at the right time and get fresh coffee. This will probably be my go to place to get coffee in the morning whenever I decide that making coffee at home is too much effort. My rating reflects both the price and the quality, if I were to rate just the quality, it would probably be 4 stars. It's hard to find a solid cup of cheap coffee, and this place delivers on that and businesses that maximize the quality of their product while also minimizing the cost of said product are...

The entrance is unbelievably hard if your not familar with it. A sign would be a great help directing new comers. We got to the window and was told they have a speaker system we were suppose to use, and the tone of way it was explained wasnt nice bit sure the girls name, she worked at yhe canton store before. We got our drinks one was wrong so they remade it but instead of the normal amount of swirl there was excessive amounts.
