Dunkin' — Restaurant in Greenacres

I have been ordering from this location for years and have always been happy with the customer service, until today. I placed an online order for a hot coffee and an expresso shot. After receiving a hot coffee I waited for the single shot, only to be told that it was in the coffee. When I explained that isn't what I wanted, she informed me that I had to specify on the app that I wanted it "on the side". This seemed strange to me because where would the shot have gone if I ordered 2 coffees? I asked if I had to reorder through the app for it to be remade since she said it was my mistake and she said she would remake it but would lose on product. I apologized and thanked her for remaking the order. I checked the app after I got home to see if there was an option to have it on the side. There is not. She assumed it was going to be added to the cup of coffee and when she discovered she was wrong, instead of apologizing and remaking it, she made it seem like it was my fault. I would not have been mad at her if she would have just said that, we all make mistakes. Blaming the customer for your mistake is wrong and doesn't encourage me to continue giving...

Service: I bought a breakfast sandwich and some donuts. I walked in and ordered almost immediately, with only one other person in front of me. That person received their food and left, but it took them another 10mins to make my egg sandwich. I watched them make 3 or 4 pickup orders and all those people came and went. That was a little frustrating.

Food: The sandwich was sloppily thrown together, so I had to arrange it before eating. I was very disappointed that my donuts tasted stale and were drying up, but it was only 10am.

I regularly rely on this Dunkin to run on. I usually stop by on a break and always make it back in time even when they're swamped. Before I even finished payment, the amazing woman preparing the food already has my order on the counter. The team is so efficient and courteous, and the location is immaculate thanks to the dedicated gentleman maintaining the lobby. The food and service always surpasses the typical Dunkin standards. Sheem, the other associates, and the management team are the example of what great leadership and dedicated workers can do.
