Bravo Supermarket — Local services in Greenacres

I come here just for the restaurant BECAUSE THE FOOF IS AMAZING, but I don't frequent this place that much anymore You have to be careful with the ladies who work in the restaurant section The other day. I ordered and paid with a $50 bill, so I sat down and started eating, and I'm checking my change, and after giving them a 45% tip, my change doesn't up it I was missing and extra $10 so I went back and I tell them, for my surprise the lady went straight to her purse that she keeps a few feet from her under the counter and give me my money back ( playing stupid not knowing how my money is inside her purse already ) I can speak for others, but on the way I was raised, that's stealing to me Just think about it $10 per customer just said they do it to 20 costumers a day out of hundreds that frequent this place every day this workers that are already getting hourly compensation plus tips are making more money than the restaurant it self How I said the place and food are great, just keep an eye on your change when you paid on the restaurant or paid always with your card because you can tell honesty is not a priority for this workers Some people may say that I'm overreacting or whatever the truth is that these workers make the entire place look horrible with their actions, and that is bad...

Worst place to order your cake first the lady says a rude comment when i tried to pay my cake which is 80 i wanted to pay half even though i had the whole cash but that's just me i won't ever pay full until the job is done and the cashier Yameli that works at the bakery said (when i order i like to pay full never half) ok that's that didn't say anything then the other manager comes didn't get her name i told her i want to pay half and Yameli and the manager was arguing what is half ok first off i know what half of 80 is it's 40 i was really irritated now so i kind of in a way said a few words to Yameli since she was given me an attitude then Yameli told me before i left in front of the supervisor/manager that to meet her outside at 8:30 that's the time she leaves... Well today i called to cancel my order on the cake and she told me straight up she will not refund my money that she don't do that so not only do i get bad service now they want to stay with my money i don't want store credit since i stay in Jupiter and FYI there's no sign that says that you can't get refund i think it was the same Yameli that answered me since she was getting rude again This store really suck bad service bad...

If I could I would give the store a zero. I went to buy meat and it was very light red not even dark red like meat is supposed to look . Some pieces also smelled bad . I went back because my mother in law brought the same type of meat at another place and it looked so different. I now noticed they been given me the wrong meat for the price of the other one . It looks very different. When I went the manager said she couldn’t change it because it looked fine but it wasn’t the color and it had a smell.
