McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenacres

Okay so Mc Donald’s has the new “rewards” app right. So I pull the the drive thru and prior to taking my order I specifically asked the man taking my order if the $5.49 breakfast sandwich deal would work with the breakfast sandwich I wanted. He said, “yes”. So he asked for my rewards number and I gave it to him. He said, “Uh, sorry but I guess it won’t work”. So I asked the total and it was $22.00. They have another promotion that if you spend over $ 20.00 you get a certain amount off. So I explained to the kid that I would just use the other promotion. It pops up on my app, that I can’t use two promotions at once. Well CLEARLY I DID NOT USE the first promotion. So I tell him what’s going on and he said “sorry about that”. I told him not to be sorry but to fix it! He gets the manager, a very rude very dark complected middle aged woman and I say this because she refused to answer when I asked her what her name was. This incident occurred at approximately 8:55 am on Sunday April 20th, 2025. They acted as if I were the one who messed up. A real simple fix McDonalds, all she had to do was take off the amount that the promotion was supposed to but instead she made it to where I will NEVER BE BACK 19,000 points or not, NEVER AGAIN!!! Train your managers properly McDonalds. Literally a few bucks has cost you hundreds just from me alone. God only knows how many others they’ve...

Literally just sat in front of the speaker waiting for like 15 minutes for somebody to say something.. we kept trying to ask if they were still open, we kept saying hello, but nobody ever said anything.. so we decided to leave.. as we’re leaving, we noticed that there’s someone in the window talking to a person in a car, so we decided to go back around to the speaker in the back.. we again continue to try to prompt them to say something, this time they finally did, after we gave our order we went up to the window and eventually got food, after a very long time of waiting.. when we got home (3 minutes away) our food was cold and literally looked like leftovers that were thrown together.. our 10 piece chicken nuggets literally had a big bite taken out of one right on top.. literally, you can see teeth marks and everything.. not shaped weird but actual bite missing and insides showing.. one burger looked like it was comprised of several different leftover pieces from different hamburgers thrown on top of each other.. they didn’t even match up and they were not full pieces.. we called to complain, no answer.. we were going to head back, but realized we would just sit at the speaker forever again.. didn’t eat anything, because we are so grossed out! No trust in whoever served this! Get it together McDonald’s! You will definitely not be a nighttime “go to” from this...

Worst McDonald's experience ever. I ordered the egg mcmuffin with cheese, sausage, hash brown and coffee. I ordered and paid for it online. When I got to the pick up window they were giving me somebody else's order. .I told them I ordered a egg mcmuffin with sausage, egg, and cheese. They wanted to see my receipt I told them I didn't have one as I paid online and was told to go directly to the second window. The girl comes back with only an egg mcmuffin. I told her I had ordered the egg mcmuffin meal. She was incredibly rude and wouldn't give her name. Finally she said her name was Destiny. This girl should be fired on the spot. I asked her for salt. She walked away from the window. I had to actually yell in the window and let them know there was a hugh line behind me. When I got home The bag was totally greasy. Grease was all over the seat in my car. Turns out what they gave me was sausage, Egg and cheese on a pancake. It looked like somebody had taken a bite out of the hash brown. I tried to call the store to speak to the manager and the phone. Just rings and rings. I would attach pictures but I don't know how to do so on here. It's not giving me an option? Stay away From the McDonald's at 6000 Lakeworth Road, Lakeworth, Florida. It will surely be worth your while to drive 2 miles down the road. There is another McDonald's. Never had Issue at...
