This place is atrocious. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The supervisors are very inconsiderate of their employees. They have no type of sympathy for those employees who are unable to work at times and don't even try to accommodate those employees who do want to work but are unable to sometimes due to health issues. If an employee is sick and calls out, it counts against them. If they try to come in to work and end up having to leave, it still counts against them so they will lose no matter what. It's like they want employees to come in to work sick even if they are coughing and sneezing all over customers food and purchases. They expect employees to be able to work through every schedule regardless of health issues or other unexpected occurrences. They threaten the cashiers if they don't get customers to sign up for their stupid Target Red Cards saying that if they don't start getting customers to sign up that they will be fired. A lot of the employees are very unprofessional and pick favorites too. For example, if someone who has been working there for a long time doesn't like you they can and will go out of your way to falsely write you up and the managers will somehow come up with a reason to terminate you. If you are disliked by one of the daily supervisors, they will make sure that you do not receive recognition for your accomplishments. The supervisors/managers don't even make an effort to right these wrongs and apart from these unethical issues, their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! It's almost like they rarely go in there to clean up. Nasty urine on the floors that don't get cleaned up and a lot of the times they lack toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
Here's a something I've noticed too: Just because customers sign up for the Red Card which supposedly saves you 5%, customers will not be saving at all. Target shoppers: If you have signed up for a Target Card, have you noticed yourself spending more than you used to but you comfort yourself by saying you saved 5%? Guess what? You didn't save any money at all because you are constantly going back to the store to continue buying items that you think you are saving money on. The more you shop at Target, the more you spend regardless of how much they say you are saving.
Target is a joke and the supervisor/manager staff is absolutely awful to their employees. They say they care but they actually pretend to care and then smack you in the face with a termination when you need someone most. DO NOT APPLY FOR JOBS HERE AND DO NOT SHOP HERE!! It's time for Target to stop terminating employees and for everyone to...

Had no problems with deliveries up until the free trial ended and they took their monthly fee….now it seems they’re playin games - like the local Walmart did, which was why I switched. Not surprised though considering the area.
**Update: Once I chatted with support and they contacted Target, immediately the status changed from assigned to shipping - jumping immediately to complete. Also found my account phone number was changed to an old number from 5 years ago that I forgot about until they said it was on my account that I’m ABSOLUTELY certain I never did … and supposedly the “Shipt” shopper was trying to reach me, but couldn’t. Meanwhile Target customer service refused to answer calls, as did their HR.
After checking my account, I didn’t have a phone number on there, as I only intended to use my email. Yet they somehow knew my OLD phone number….not surprised, as I said above. Companies such as Target, among others, follow community gossip and slander and decide how to treat their customers according to that. This is a regular treatment I get in the area. I mention this because the employees that work here are absolutely unprofessional and unethical, as they play games wasting “their choice of” customer’s time and energy, utilizing anyone as a tool to assist them in their dehumanizing trash behavior.while they pick and choose who they will treat professional - when employees in a company chooses to be professional only to whom they want, and not to whom they want, they are unprofessional and I will put them out there. Working to create alibis to create a false narrative, like for me, pretending I had an old phone number on my account, when I didn’t even have a phone listed, is clear to me.
I am prepared to deal with this every time and taking it further as I have the right to be treated fairly and ethically.
Order arrived at 3:15. No tipping from me - No way, ever again. And I won’t be chased back to Walmart...
