Saturday, March 35, 2022, I was craving chicken tenders. I went through the drive through on Lake Worth road and placed my order. I rounded in my head that it should come to about $13. I drove to the window and the cashier asked for $21.29. I gave him 21.29 in cash. I knew something was wrong and asked for a receipt. He did not even look at the printer, he just told me the printer was not working. I told him I was not leaving until I got a receipt. At that moment a coworker handed me a perfectly printed receipt. The amount I was to pay was $12.29, NOT $21.29! I did not have my reading glasses with me. I could only see $15.29 which is what the thief typed in that he received from me and that he gave me $3.00 back. He did not give me any cash back until I demanded $5. I drove home and put on my reading glasses and saw that he over charged me by $8.00. I called the store and asked for the manager. The guy that answered the phone claimed to be the store manager, and after I told him what happened, he only mumbled, "...but was the food good?" I did the KFC survey, but no one has contacted me. The food was delicious but the person taking drive through orders was so rude and difficult placing the order. Rude really. Ended up she was the manager. The manager cannot not even take an order while treating her customers respectfully? With all the competition in the restaurant business you may want to reevaluate the example you set for your staff and without the customer, you have no business to run. Her tone was very rude and her name was Sandy. On top of it all....the Order was wrong. We ordered a hot honey sandwich combo and there was no hot honey; which the reason I wanted KFC tonight. If the experience of placing our order was positive I would of never complained or made this poor review. Treat your customer respectfully and most importantly be kind and take an order with a tone that your customer does not feel like a thorn in your side. Read moreWorst Service I ever encountered, I placed an order on line, I made a copy of the order and brought it with me. When I arrived and presented the copy of the order, the manager said that they did not have the order. I showed her the print out and that it was paid for with a credit card. She then proceeded to call someone on the phone, she gave me the phone to talk to whoever it was, he proceeded to tell me that they did not have the order, I explained everything in detail to him and he said they could not do anything about the error. I told him to cancel the previous order and make up a new one and he told me he could not do that because he didn't have the old order. I THEN TOLD HIM IN A PLEASANT TONE TO STICK THE ORDER WHERE THE "SUN" DON'T SHINE AND LEFT !! I then proceeded to McDonalds and ordered a delicious meal to go.
