China Max — Restaurant in Greendale

Really miss when the women would work the front instead of the men. Ever since this change, whenever I go to China Max after 7:30 they never have lo mein. And they refuse to make any more, even when you have paying customers. The last time I went it was about 8pm. They close at 9pm. A whole hour before closing, and they had no lo mein. The worker said they had stopped making it a half hour before we got there, meaning 7:30. I asked the manager and he said they had just stopped at 8pm. Really unprofessional and are losing customers for being ridiculous for noodles that cost...

Worst store I ever encountered in my 12 years experience at southridge mall. Another customer cut in front of me and when I said something to the cashier "saida" she ignored me, I repeated again, she ignored me, then I repeated again to make sure she's hearing me then she exploded in profanity and when I asked for supervisor he backed her up on her side not the paying customer. Basically they ran the restaurant as a Mexican cartel and I informed mall security and management of this incident and there will be a formal investigation. Just...

Friendly staff, but the portion sizes are ridiculously tiny for what you pay.(9+ dollars for one entree & side, 11+ dollars for two entrees & side) The general tso chicken was very hard(mostly breading) and probably sitting out for hours. Swallowing it felt like what I would imagine ingesting shards of glass would be like. I will say the orange chicken, low mein and egg rolls were decent.
