Always run into issues with this place, they give away food we order, sometimes my foods cold when I do get it or fatty/impossible to chew, but when they do get it right it’s really good hence the 2 stars.
Which they’d get it together cause pandas food is really good and their rice is really good but just seems like theres 0 communication between the team, as well as 0 communication with the customers. Not sure if they just aren’t trained on interaction or have to follow a script because most interactions are very awkward and robotic. Don’t get me wrong this isn't every person or experience there but I’ve just had more negative experiences than good ones in the past few months it’s really fallen, it’s honestly been atleast 1 of the mentioned problems and sometimes often more that I haven’t mentioned.
As someone whose worked food their whole life and has been in management, I gotta say I’m a little disappointed, I’ve came at all different times of the day and I will say the struggle seems to be with your closing staff.

Read moreSo, the only reason I am giving 3 stars, is because normally I never encounter the unwelcome vibe/ “we’re closed early, even though we’re not closed yet,” I did today. I tried going through the drive-through, and it was like maybe 8:35 PM, no one responded to me saying hello, and I did it at least 3 to 5 times. I was ignored plain and simple, because I saw people inside the restaurant wearing headsets who should be able to hear you, when you say hello— there’s like a beep sound that notifies them (I used to work in a drive-through when I was in high school). Then, it was probably 8:37 by this point, I tried to go in and the doors were already locked. I understand closing procedures, because I used to work retail myself, but to lock people out when you have a good chunk of time to still be open, it’s kind of doing a disservice to the business and to someone who is probably very hungry and just getting off work themselves. Read moreI have been coming to this location for years and the past 2 visits were disappointing. Last visit, I ordered online and have my husband pick up the order. He waited for 30 mins and order was placed 10-15 minutes before he got there. Today's visit was very disappointing. We placed an online order, went to pick up the order in drive thru and we were expecting a few minutes wait because we know we 4 minutes early. The girl said they're still finishing up the last entrée and was to wait in the parking lot. Twenty minutes passed by an no update so I went into the lobby, there were like 5-6 in line so I got in line. When I was being helped, I told them I waited for about 20 minutes and they told me to wait. Ok, I waited and almost 10 minutes later, my order was handed to me and they apologized after I asked what took so long for 2 plates? When we finally got home, we were extremely disappointed to see that after we waited for nearly 30 minutes, our plates only half of the portions, chicken and the veggies were old and dry.
