UPDATE... PLEASE READ THE ADDED COMMENTS AT THE END....
I placed an order on Dec. 17th for a curb side pick up on Dec. 23rd at 4pm. I arrived at the store about 4:05pm and called the number I was given to call for the curbside pickup. Person who answered the phone said that they had no curbside pick-up. I stated that it said it was available when I ordered, which was part of the reason that I ordered from the store. They just said, no we don't have it. So, it is snowing outside and I am an arthritic 69 year old women. I get inside and there are 2 metal signs that say CURBSIDE PICKUP. I wait in line for my turn. I ask about the signs, the teenage boy at the counter says he was told to bring them in. I see a woman maybe in her twenties (the manager?) and I ask about the curbside pickup. She says, not in this weather! Ok, so the youngersters can't walk the bag out to the car in the snow but a 69 year old grandma can come in to get it... in the snow. That's not bad enough... my order was not ready. I had to wait while I guess she put it together. She had to have been doing other things too, because it should not have taken that long to put 18 small cookies and 4 large cookies together! I might have just let all that go because it's the holidays, it's busy, etc... But, the cookies were not as good as they were last year, very inconsistent in taste and size (sorry, I never thought of taking a picture) and for what I payed for them, I was very disappointed! And I can't really find a place to voice my disappointment directly to the company!!!

I was picking up an order curbside, the app was not working to check in. I called the location and an employee answered the phone with a rude tone as if I was disturbing her. When I inquired about my order, the employee said that I didnât place an order with them and after a back n forth where I provided a my confirmation number over 4 times, she said â I got itâ, and immediately hung up the phone without apologizing, or letting me know how long it would take, or acknowledging what had happened to generate said error.
Now, I scheduled this order to be picked up at 830am. I canât imagine there are a lot of cookie orders around that time on a Tuesday. Also, this was a curbside order so I patiently waited 5 minutes for the order to come out to me. After a total of 15+ minutes in the car with a baby, I went into the store to see how much longer the order would take. The entire staff looked at me when I came in, because they knew I was the person that called and was sitting outside. No one said anything and the manager was hiding in the back of the store. When I asked for her, and explained how this level of service was unacceptable, she gave me a lukewarm apology and the GMâs cell phone number as I requested.
I called and left a message for the GM, he never returned my call.

   Read moreAssistant Manager Erica is fake nice. I learned yesterday (7/18/24) after receiving a fake number that she's only nice to me to avoid getting bad reviews. The time before last when I came, I overheard her and a coworker of hers during their day shift mentioning me as I was leaving the store. Erica refers to me as a "pop up guy". I really don't appreciate that. I am not a "pop up guy". I just like good customer service. If I'm going to spend my money on some cookies that are expensive, I want to at least feel like I'm not wasting my money. I take months off coming here because of the bad service I get from Erica and I always come back and show grace only to get talked about behind my back and get led on with a fake number. I will only come to this location after 4:30pm when I know she's no longer there because I don't like fake good customer service. I really shouldn't come back here at all though to be honest.
