Great Food / Service - Workers were very nice ..... Food Temputure , spot on . Little Pricey on some things but if your not eating it Daily - guess you can treat yourself now and then . Wish they'd send Coupon's , in the Mail....but I do get some on my Phone - just need more than one choice.

10/08/23 * HARD BOTTOM BUN ...... 🤬🤬🤬 ON THE CLASSIC ROAST BEEF & CHEERS.... Nice & brought them up to counter to ask for just a New Bottom Bun ( pretty sure , Sandwiches given * were sitting in the Landing Zone ? How long ??? when we walked in ...... They just have 2 New Sandwiches * which was 🤔 ok **but certainly Cost the Store more $$$$ when all we wanted was a FRESH BUN .....

AND STILL TO FLIPPING COLD 🥶🥶🥶 IN THERE , Air was set on 67 and it was 56 Degree's outside 🤔🤬🤬😯😯😯😯🥶🥶🥶🥶 COME...

The worst customer service I have ever experienced on the evening of 5/21/21. Over a 15 minute wait in drive thru. The girl on the drive thru window was very unprofessional. Never acknowledged us as we sat for 15 minutes before she came on the speaker system. She couldn’t even get 2 items ordered correctly. I had to repeat several times and her response sounded like I was talking to a 3 year old learning to talk. We pulled up to the window with one car in front of us and waited another 10 minutes before we just left. 3 people standing around inside and drive thru backed up. I would fire all 3 on shift that evening. They are losing the store money. And no thanks Arby’s don’t leave me a automated response asking me to go to your website to give more Info as you do on all the other negative comments. Get people who actually know what they are doing to work there and get rid of the trash you have...

We usually enjoy eating at our local Arby's... however last night we were very disappointed! After reading a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed because of staff shortage, we decided to order at drive thru. My husband ordered beef n cheddar meal , mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, I ordered the chicken(roasted) bacon sandwich meal. However, this is what we got... classic roast beef, no marinara & crispy chicken with no bacon or cheese! At least the few staff members did know how to do the curly fries ... they were great ! We were very tempted to go back thru the line but it was very long wait the first time & too long to wait in again !!! Hope ya'll can find some dependable staff members soon !!! We will give it another try soon if nothing happens !! I understand it's hard to find good help...
