Carter's Corner Restaurant — Restaurant in Greeneville

So hey folks, it’s been a while so here we go again. I almost forgot about this one. Found it while searching through photos on phone. Me and my wife ran into a small little family restaurant in Greenville Tennessee. The restaurant was originally owned by another gentleman who I believe, retired or passed away this family work for him And they took over the restaurant. The husband is working the counter and the register their oldest son cooking in the kitchen turning out to be an excellent chef. They have another son that helps with cleanup and dishes and other duties while the wife waits on tables and helps do everything else Really nice couple she worked as a waitress for the previous owner and the son worked in the kitchen and the previous owner was gracious enough to teach this young man what he knows, and it appears that this young man has developed a nice style and can run his own kitchen. Everything we had was exceptional. I give it five stars now mind you this place is very small tables are limited. I would say be there when they open because it does fill up quick. My wife had the cheeseburger and fries and I had a small size Stromboli. Everything was made from scratch the flavors were dead on and we will definitely be back as far as me and my wife. We think this is a nice little hidden gem in Greenville and I think everybody should give him a try. Store employees threatened me because they didn't carry drink carriers in their restaurant.And all I did was ask for one.They decided to get hostile and continued to threaten me afterwards. Cheap restaurant hostile employees overall not good look for a small town, guess according to their response I'm also supposed to have my own to go boxes, napkins, box liners, plastic utensils, and to go bags? Sorry, but no, that's not how it works as a matter of fact, it is up to a restaurant that does take out orders to have the proper necessary tools to complete those take out orders. It is not on the door Dasher. Who does nothing but good deliveries? And has a 5 star rating for over 3 years to sit there and have their own to go boxes. Drink carriers, etc. The fact that you're the only store in the entire area that doesn't have drink Carriers and try to blame the delivery person for who is trying to make the sure that the drinks are safe not being spilled or dropped. What a wonderful place to enjoy dinner with your loved ones. I found this place by a comment left on a friend's Facebook. I immediately looked at my significant other and told him we were trying this restaurant on Saturday for lunch. Boy were we impressed!!! The food was delicious. The food was cooked to order and stayed hot throughout the meal. I usually don't eat all my food but I cleaned my plate here. This will definitely be a place I will return to. The staff was amazing and took great care of each table there. It was great seeing diners pray before eating. The value of the food was reasonably priced. I'm so happy I saw that comment.
