Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greeneville

This was my first time ever ordering from the Dominos in Greeneville, this was quite the worst first experience ever. As soon as I walked in they of course they said hello, but after that I was on my own. There was only two workers Monday night so I understood that they might be running a little behind which is understandable. I had stood in front of one of the workers for almost 10 minutes without even being asked if I was placing an order or picking up which was just absolutely ridiculous. We told her the name after she finally asked and she just continued to proceed with finishing up three orders. To me this was extremely unprofessional I had to walk over to the other employee and ask if he could finish up what he was doing to give me my food. Another issue that I had was that fact that these two employees were not wearing gloves. This is extremely nasty and unsanitary it’s even worse that we are literally going through a pandemic.. I ordered pizza for my staff using a "Slice the Price Card" card that was sold to me by a local school. Thinking I was getting a buy one get one free deal with the card, I was disappointed to hear that this store did not honor that card. When I asked why I was told that these cards were issued/sold without Dominos knowledge. Seriously! I do not see how cards with official Dominos Pizza logo and info on it that are sold through a school could be done without there knowledge. So, since I had already promised my staff lunch, I went ahead and placed the order and even though the person told me he gave me a discount the total was still much more than it should have been. He reasoned it away with talk of because I only ordered instead of 3 or some other discount, bla, bla, bla. Then of course there was a delivery fee added on as well. ...

My advice stay clear of this location. I have used Dominos in many states but this in Greeneville is not worth your effort. We tried once and the 1st time they tried charge us higher prices than the website offer, then yesterday we had a child's b day party where order pizza for carry out. I was told how much the order would be and when my husband went to pick it up they were clueless.

Supposedly knew nothing about the order so my husband had to stand there and wait for it to be made because we had people at our home waiting. The best part was while hubby was waiting he observed the worker handle money ( which is very dirty) then go right to making garlic knots with his bare hands. GROSS!!
