McDonald's — Restaurant in Greeneville

I had lunch with a local about a year ago. Nothing fancy, just two cheeseburgers. I used to go to this place for coffee 5 days a week and maybe 3 or 4 coffees there.

Right after taking my order, the chef came over and asked for free food. A case of resistance to violence. As a result, he climbed upstairs and punched her in the face, trying to stop her from going behind the counter.

I saw that he was going to attack, I grabbed his hands behind his back. After realizing that the worker did not stop him, he lost his hatred towards the workers and wanted to "pass me".

"No problem," I replied, "let me eat the burger first!" This angered him, but the workers released him from their policies because he was the new target of anger.

In the next few minutes, he stuck his head in the door and tried to threaten me. I told him that he will wait for me because I am hungry.

The police came! It was so much fun! After 10 seconds, he waved at the police. It didn't suit him.

I've never waited in line since I've been there. If there was a long line, I would be taken out to be searched. (Most likely to change - 75% chance)

So maybe my favorite experience? Show respect to the employees and try to protect them and get VIP...

I go the next day sat in drive through before midnight sat there and midnight had past… had to call the store and they say ya they close at 12:00… i was there before then.. it is what it is. There was also another gentleman in the next drive thru over. Sitting out like ducks. Had to tell him so he wouldn’t be sitting out either. Thought was gonna be different 😂😂😂 not so sure about my recent review below this message though….👇 food great but not sure about the service anymore. We’ll just sit back and see where it may go. I try to put in the effort to give great compliments and be kind. But maybe it takes a different crew to ruin that. The service I’ve had from last night was beautiful almost midnight and was out after midnight last night. Closing before midnight isn’t the dedication though! Hopefully the next crew makes things possible before midnight rolls through. 🫡😎

Ever since the new store scheme happened, it’s felt welcomed, worked with dedication and hard work. They’ve taken this one serious, McFlurry and Frappes are on point! Glad it’s a new store and it’s the service you want here now from any other McDonald’s...

BEYOND ANNOYED! First and foremost I get the exact same thing for my daughter at this exact same place frequently cheeseburger happy meal no onions extra pickle! This is the 3rd time they have been rude and I’m over it! First time I got food it was a quarter pounder no pickle no onion tell me how my burger wasn’t even cooked!! 2nd time they forgot all my food now this!! Im told after I wait forever to get my order taken and they take the one behind me first and then my order that the “manager” said they only allow this at certain locations lol ma’am I only go to this McDonald’s so lol adding cheese on a burger isn’t that big of a deal. Well needless to say got my food for my child and lo and behold only meat and bread! Tf is wrong with people I will take my business elsewhere because im quite done with non professional jerks and a nasty attitude frequently.
