Wootermae's — Restaurant in Greeneville

I had lunch at Wootermae's on Sat. with my family, and everything was great. My son had the grill burger and fries, my wife had a salad, and I had an Alaskan cod entrée with coleslaw, broccoli casserole and a roll. My son loved the burger, but brought half of it home because it's so big (and he's a big eater!). My wife enjoyed the salad and believes the yummy ranch dressing is homemade. The cod was cooked perfectly, the coleslaw was wonderfully tangy and the broccoli casserole was delicious! Oh, and the roll was good, too. The unsweetened tea had a terrific tea flavor, as well. I highly recommend Wootermae's! The prices were quite reasonable and the service was quick (as advertised). My husband had fried Chicken that was fantastic, pinto bean were good, fried potatoes excellent and roll a little dry - didn't like. Seasoning on roll but loved the tea. Will be back. Not many home cook places to eat after 5pm. And reasonable food. I had cod fish excellent the best ever had. The hash brown casserole was a little dries but good , the cumber salad was good, broccoli casserole need either egg or celery soup/ mushroom soup to make it not so dry and better tasting. Please cut your broccoli up into small pieces. Great food and service- So glad to see home cook food restaurant that is reasonable priced and open later in the day.
