Our family was trying to place an order online tonight. Three times we received a notification that there was something wrong with the transaction. I tried to call the local store to see what the problem was. No one answered the phone. I called several times. At that point I felt like our order did not go through. I never received a confirmation. Around an hour and 15 minutes later a delivery guy shows up at my door. He said my credit card was charged for a $63 pizza order. I indicated that we ordered from somewhere else because no one at the store answered the phone and the message I got from the website where there was NO CONFIRMATION.
He told me they could not refund my my credit card. I told him to take the food back. We already ordered from somewhere else and had a confirmation of the order.
I called the manager expecting that charge could be voided. I was told she couldn't do anything from me. I have worked places with credit card machines before. You can void a transaction or at the least put the money back in my account through the bank. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was the manager. UP to this point I had not cussed. I was upset at her clear lack of customer service skills. She hung up on me.
I called back and asked for the phone number and the Owners Name. She told me she would call the police on me. For what I am not sure? I went to the store and got franchise contact information off of the door. The GM said I could call 1800-Dominos to get a refund. I called that number and no one is available to help me. I tried the email address on the door and it doesn't work!
At this point I have a $63 charge for food we never received. I wouldn't be so upset but I heard one of the employees say that this is the second time this week this problem with the website has happened.

Last year we ordered food and didn’t get it in 3 hours, and no one answered the phone for hours. I went into the store and they didn’t give me a refund or food. It took a week to resolve it by calling another location’s GM who was also very rude. (There was only 2-3 employees at that time and 2 were an older married couple who were very stressed out because people quit left and right for months on end)
Service was good the past few months but today we ordered food an hour and a half ago, and it never moved from prep stage. I called to ask about it and the girl was very stressed out, and said 4 people just quit. She said they have no control over online ordering, and only corporate does, and there was only 2 of them in the store. I told her they need to call customers to cancel orders and she got very irritable and ranted to me about how it would take her 45 minutes to make all the calls about the orders they couldn’t complete. I told her I understand it’s not in her control and not her fault, but they can’t just keep peoples money and not give us food. She relaxed a bit and gave our refund, but I feel really bad for the two employees. This seems to happen constantly at this location and the owners need to step up.
When chain locations constantly have these issues the owners need to be held accountable. It’s not fair to the employees or the customers

Read moreAfter ordering here for a long long time, my husband and I finally had a terrible experience and will never order from them again. My husband was on the way home from work (40min away) on a Tuesday and ordered a simple order on the app. When he finished, it said it would be about an hour to be delivered to our home which was perfect. He got home and we waited on the pizza to arrive. The hour mark hit and still no pizza. He checked the tracker and it was not updated. We continued to wait for 30min (it is 8pm at this point) and then decided to call to see what was going on. When my husband called and talked to someone to ask about our order, they said they have not started to make the order yet. Of course at this point we're not to happy. My husband starts to ask why it was not started and why the app would say an hour (now it's going on 2½hrs of waiting). The manager started being so rude. Saying, "well the apps wrong" (even though we have never had problems with it before), "what do you want us to do", "it will be there when it can because we're busy and short on drivers". I'm thinking really!!! It is a Tuesday night and the app has never had any issues before. When we asked if there was a possibility to have a discount or something, the manager started to be rude again and said, "oh we don't do that and blah blah blah". So at this point we just cancel the order and the manager said, "ok bye douche" and hung up! We just didn't know how to respond or what to do!!
