This was our first visit to any Fat Cat Pizza and I must say will probably be our last. It was late afternoon, around 4:30. We were having our car serviced in the area which was unfamiliar to us so we googled nearest pizza and Fat Cat came up. I called to order ahead of time so it would be ready when we arrived & explained to the person that took our order that we would like to eat in the dining room while our car was being serviced and she said that wasn’t a problem. My husband dropped me off and drove the car over to the dealership next door. I walked in and sat down. The waitress came over and handed me a menu and I began to explain to her that I already called and ordered and explained to them we were going to eat it there. She seemed quite annoyed and complained that she was going to have to go to the back and tell them that it was a dine-in order and not a pick-up order which she seemed was super inconvenient for her. My husband hadn’t arrived back from the dealership yet so when she asked what I wanted to drink I was kind of hesitant and I sort of paused because I was just trying to think of what he would want, and then she said “Ok, one drink then.” and walked away. I thought, wow! Anyway, the pizza was ready soon after we arrived, (pep & cheese) but we didn’t care for it. We felt it really didn’t have much taste to be honest. The cheese seemed to be good, but to us it just wasn’t to our liking. Everyone has their preferences when it comes to pizza, right? We like a lot of sauce, some seasonings maybe & a lot of pepperoni. This pizza had none of these things.🤷🏼♀️ Oh, and we were never asked if we wanted a refill on our “ONE” drink. So my husband went over and filled it himself. Maybe she was just having a bad day, Idk. Read moreBooked the party room to have a baby shower for 35 people. They told us over the phone at least a month in advance we would need the full room so I paid the 75 dollars for the room. We called the day before the party to verify that we were all set to go and they told us that it was. The next day we enter and find the party room occupied. Turns out they had double booked it so we had to cram everybody into half the room and put up the divider to separate the 2 parties. I was annoyed about this but it is what it is as long as they worked with us I was going to be okay with it. They said they would discount our food for the inconvenience but they did not. Instead of arguing with them after trying to explain we did not receive a discount we just paid the bill and left. I have booked the room many times for family get togethers and party's for our kids and we have been buying pizza from them regularly since I was a child but i wont go back again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was good as usual.
Also as a side note when they realized they double booked they had no idea what to do they just left us there with the other party and we figured out how to split the room by ourselves they went and hid in the back until we figured it out woth the other party. Read moreI love their pizza, however their customer service seems to need a lot of work. The employee's are supposed to be team member's and should be able to communicate to one another when dealing with customers orders. I ordered for delivery and was told it'd be an hour. No problem. At an hour and a half I called to check on the pizza/delivery driver and was told it'd be another 20 minutes before the driver would even leave the building. I said I'll go ahead and pick it up. Once I got there they told me I had to wait another 20 minutes and said I needed to pay even though I had already paid with my card over the phone. They said it hadn't gone through or been processed...so I paid again. After waiting over two hours total at this point, my husband calls and tells me the pizza just showed up at our house. What?! I was so confused. Don't they communicate with each other when someone changes from delivery to carry out or vice versa? Evidently they don't. I spoke to a manager and the good thing about that evening was that they refunded my money for having me pay that second time when picking up and gave me the pizza they had made for the second time. It was very busy and very hectic both inside and outside. I'm happy they get the business they do. I only hope they can start to communicate better and work together.
