4 stars for product, 1 star for service. I have made this my regular lunch place, as healthy options are limited in Lancaster, OH. I've had multiple bad experiences with this location, though I continue to come back because the quality of food is good and no one has been directly rude to me. However, enough is enough. This location is so poorly run. More than half the time I order curbside (no exaggeration) I end up waiting 15 minutes and finally walking into the store to find my order on the shelf. Mind you, I usually take lunch at 2pm, a very non-busy time for this location. On top of this there's been a few instances where I've been missing utensils, napkins, little stuff like that. Other days I pull up and have my food within 60 seconds. There is no consistency, except for one thing. A redheaded kid making the food and a middle-aged male manager. As much as I enjoy my Panera food, I refuse to waste another half my lunch break listening to these two jabber away while I am patiently and quietly waiting for my food. Every single time I have had to walk into the restaurant to retrieve my curbside order it's been these two clowns at the helm. Today, male manager couldn't find my order. He looked and looked, finally I noticed my ticket sitting on top of a bin with order receipts in it. Not sure if they were completed or non-completed orders. All I know is the restaurant was empty (literally no one waiting for food) and it took me 18 minutes to get my order. Over half my lunch break. No apology, just him saying "interesting" and then calling my name when the order was ready like I wasn't standing right in front of him, the only person in the store, the guy who just gave his name a couple minutes before. It's one thing to lose customers for quality. But to let the service of your employees scare away a 3-4 day a week regular customer is another thing entirely. I am truly disappointed to cut ties with...
Read moreI am a home health care provider. My client enjoys going out to eat; on our last visit there, she received only a portion of the items she ordered and paid for. She was confused and looking at her receipt. I looked as well and realized what was wrong. I went to the food pickup and explained the situation. The woman there grabbed the receipt and kept saying well what do you want? Repeatedly. Loudly. Extremely rudely, even though I explained the problem. Finally the boy who took her order came over from the checkout area, and said, here's her food, she never came back for it. First of all, why wasn't her entire order given to her all at once? Secondly, and most importantly, why was the woman at the pickup counter so incredibly rude???. I told her she was rude and he popped off saying, oh sorry, I wasn't Aware. PLEASE. I personally will not go here again, however, my client enjoys it. When mistakes are made, the staff needs to be advised to handle them in a polite and appropriate manner. For as much as the food costs, especially in relation to the portion sizes, one should ar least be able to expect...
Read moreThese people can't seem to get the order right or LISTEN to the customers order. My boyfriend went in to get me some dinner on a rainy day. I work at McDonald's as a second job so I know how fast food is. He ordered a BOWL of mac and cheese and a read bowl with the potato soup for him and then another soup for me. we received a CUP of Mac and cheese. He then was on his way home and noticed the mistake and turned back around where the worker was not enough to give him a free cup. Super nice right? So he gets all the way home and notices that we have no bread bowl, just the soup and has to go back. RIDICULOUS!!!!! He even Paid for a bread bowl because he was so frustrated. This is not my first HORRIBLE experience with them. They don't even deserve one star! Get your crap together fast food is not that hard!!! I...
